Im only a little holder just started up again if under £20k invested should i have bought through an isa and not a standard trading platform?

I have an honest question what happens if the big boys buy millions of shares then all sell at once ?
How much would it take to drop the sp by a significant amount in order to scare the average joes in to panic and sell out therefore creating more shares for the big boys ?
