Even though share dilution causes you to own less of the company percentage-wise, it doesn't necessarily mean your stock is worth less. In fact, the fair market value (FMV) of a company's stock generally increases after a funding round, so the overall value of your shares may actually go up.

It will be a separate transaction you'll have a while. Yeah it's difficult time and bit disheartening. But we now know a few positive things including survival to grow.

If you buy on the market tomorrow that will be irrelevant to getting some at 1p in the placing. I shoikf imagine we will have weeks rather than days before any money taken . What we do have is a really positive period from the company and the certainty the company has operating funds to now expand with the background interest and building commercial side and already above expectations for revenue in 2024. I hope they timed it for another rns deal tomorrow. I'm in for a penny that is the only benefit here.

Anyone taking part in the open offer will do well from that. I'll be getting as many as I can. That's the only prudent thing to do in this scenario... if you can't beat them join them.

Of 1p will at least help with the dilution... but maybe the sp gets low in the morning... and will obviously be plenty trading it back up. But the 1p is the only saving grace for current holders. And the positives of recent times. Nothing changed for the detriment company and prospects wise.

Bastiaan has 10m shares being diluted any holders are going to be able to get some in the rock bottom placing.

Is being fulfilled

It's becoming a buzz phrase and prominence and prestige building... everything we hoped for seems to bring fulfilled and more.

I think even the dilution direction which I don't think will happen.. the market is waiting for the moment we know we have funds for next stage of growth and survival, we know its earmarked and in what form. The sp is depressed because of this so whatever occurs whether its partnerships or jv or licensing or a 5p of 10p or more share issue then the news will move up alot as removes this uncertainty the market doesn't like. Funds to accelerate sales and move on gas exchange will be welcomed no matter which guise it comes

And we're forgetting the mri company with biggest foothold here.... bracco

Got to be increasing chances of a buy out I think. See it a lot in med device companies. But also partnerships... whichever mri bought it the others would be licensing off them but I'm thinking they're currently looking at it as professors rather than investors and wanting the world to share polarean technology... whatever I'd be happily bought today at 50p region.
