Hi all,
Please be kind to me as this is my first post on this share and need some help from some very knowledgeable /informed posters with a quick SWOT analysis queries. Yes -- I will do my own research but just need some quick help with the below queries to get me started. Any help/info will be greatly appreciated.

Strengths: POC to first commercial application nearly complete. £0.5M licence income every time the DMG Technology is used. DMG Tech seems to be scalable. Is there any others positives?

Weaknesses: How reliable is DMG Tech? -- as this is very early stage commercialisation of the DMG Tech

Opportunities: Strong growth potential. Are there any others?

Threats: Who are the major competitors in this area and will their tech be superior to PHE? Will they be a need for further funding down the track?

Hi -- all, I'm no expert but in mining or gold exploration but have watched, listened and read over the last 9 months what GH/CB and several very experienced posters have had to say and one thing that sticks in my mind when the share price drops and people start to panic sell is --- people are forgetting about SCALLY results are due anytime. Purely from GH self assured tone of voice (only my opinion) in recent of interview/agm -- it's clear (gut feeling on my part) he knows it's a Xmas cracker . This is a not ramp -- purely a opinion that this is one of the most de-risked stocks in AIM that I have read about -- I may be wrong.
