Trying to raise capital in this environment would be prohibitively expensive so for me the more they conserve cash now the better.

It`s not only oil stocks gas, gold etc. the sell off is across the board.

While were in this sell off i would rather have not have news at the present time.

I would have thought in the event of sou surrendering the Sidi license then any debt associated with that license would be transferred to the parent co who will be liable for that debt. Or is that to simple? No expert.

daveyboy71 I believe Exploration posted something about Sidi a short time ago that we have till July/aug to commence Seismic on Sidi or be in breach of the terms of the license.
