If the resource is commercial, which seems highly likely and there is route to market, given how important helium is and the limited supply, this has to happen one way or another. Whether it's he1 a JV or takeover or something else, it's too valuable for backs to be turned. The eyes of the world will be on this and it's hard to see how at this price and valuation there is not significant upside. The resource has to be utilised.

Don't think this was going to go anywhere until the new shares hit the market. With them imminent understandable this kind of movement. We're still above placing price don't forget.

I think news will start to flow from tomorrow once placing is completely out of the way.

Some good consolidation today ready for the next leg up as and when. This is needed if we want sustained rises.

Techno, it is hard to say nice things as a LTH however, I remain positive and it's great to see someone with fresh eyes taking a look and giving their thoughts. Some of which I share. It's easy to get dragged down due to past performance and events, that doesn't always mean things will continue that way. It's important to stay objective.

If this share teaches us anything, is that anything is possible on AIM.

Leading up to the 0.25 placing and when it hit, this board was toxic, and at the time rightly so. It seemed like this was done and the placing was simply to keep the lights on for a bit longer.

Any LTH would have struggled to see a positive spin.

Quite incredible the turnaround and sentiment change. I do hope most long termers managed to average down and be on the road to evens or profit.

The placing is out the way, this will be very investable, nothing to hold it back. Will be good news flow for the foreseeable future.

Not seem like it now based on sp drop, but anyone investing now is at the start of a massive journey. The raise shows the company's intention that they plan to crack on to get this commercially viable.

They know what they're doing and to think this won't be multiples of where we are are now in a likely short space of time you need a reality check!

Bit of short term pain for longer term gain. I remember when they raised a few years back at around 10p and it went to 27p not too long after. Of course that time there was no official discovery. Now we're sat on a world class resource.

Nothing goes up in a straight line. Look at history of some of the other great rises, it's always staggered. The fact is this is worth a lot more than the current mcap. The company are now completely calling the shots, placement or no placement!

HE1 currently valued at just under £100m. If a big player came in and said we'll give you £100m for the business, I imagine HE1 would tell them to jog on, simply due to this being worth a lot more. £500m and it might be worth a conversation. This would put the sp over 13p.

They are already talking about routes to commerciality is massive.

Just think they're sitting on one of the biggest resources of Helium in the world and potentially a massive hydrogen play. People have to make their own choice whether they invest or not but don't expect an easy ride!

Comparing the sp is highly misleading as there has been massive dilution since then at a very low price.

We had c1bn shares pre recent raise, so it's quite easy to do the maths on the mcap previously. So when sp was 3p mcap was around £30m. We're actually worth more than that now at a lower so, so we can see comparing the sp does not work.

Haha quite the opposite Neil. I've been here a long long time, this is the best things have ever looked and ironically the value is as low as it's ever been.

What I'm saying is that if there has been no dilution and it was massive, then a comparison of the sp months ago would be fair, but it's not. What was the mcap when the price was 27p?

You don't need to look at the price every second unless you are trading this, which is fine if anyone is.

If they have found commercial helium and hydrogen then we will be many multiples of where we are now. Put your money in and wait for your chosen exit price/top slice, don't get greedy!

There will be ups and downs, that's a given but a current £30m mcap is probably at least 10 times less than a commercial find of the 2 much needed resources.

Just for note the previous sp has no bearing now due to the massive dilution at such a low price. It's all about the mcap.

The Company has identified the following specific conditions at the Rukwa Project that are necessary to

discover and develop an economically viable helium deposit:

Source – the old (Archean-aged) granitic crust is rich in uranium and thorium, which naturally will

radioactively decay to produce helium via alpha decay. Reservoir – porous sandstones are potentially excellent reservoirs and based on existing drill data

there appears to be ample potential reservoirs in the Rukwa region.

Seal – seeps associated with trapping structures indicate the possibility that helium is actively filling

and spilling to seep, in which case diffusive loss through low-quality cap rock is a small risk.

Trap – many traps imaged via 2D seismic and gravity gradiometry data. Robust seismic amplitude

anomalies provide evidence for gas phase, implying effective trap and seal.

Seeps – there are hot springs in the Rukwa Basin region. The Ivuna seep has the chemical and isotopic

character consistent with a helium-rich fluid derived from the basement source.

Migration – the helium is migrating to the surface along the flanks of rifts and/or in regions where

trapping structures have filled to spill. Helium-rich seeps represent the surface manifestation of active

migration by helium laden fluids in the subsurface.

Accumulation – this is the key component that cannot be proven until drilled.

Still a long way to go but from the admission document.
