Yeah thanks for that, I think we're going to get a series of positive updates from the company in the next couple of months, including the results. People talk about a placing, but I feel the company won't do anything to jeopardise the current SP, with all the work they have put in to turn this now into a viable and soon to be profitable company. I think they can probably afford to wait to do a placing, otherwise they could have done this when this was at 20p recently. Interesting times ahead for Snoozebox I feel.

Buying in under the last placing of 0.75 will appeal to many!

My take is that they will be looking to make an acquisition worth around the 7-8 million mark. This will then give the SP a value of the 0.75 paid by Helium. Whether they pay that much for the deal is another thing, probably not, and they will raise funds potentially at the same level if not higher depending on the deal. It certainly won't be lower, otherwise Helium will have been short changed! They build the business, and soon comes 1p+++.

Yes, the next known update will be the results, due in April sometime. Of course we may get news of the new Silverstone arrangement prior to this, or any other business Snoozebox has done. The SP does not tell the full picture of the trades today.

like this is starting to build again now, either towards news and/or results. We're also seeing 'normal' trading resume, for weeks it's been a bit odd. Maybe MMs finally ready to take this up where we should be.

but a good one due to so few shares available. Can't buy anymore than £500 without going to NT, but can sell a lot more. If the company start getting more contracts, then who knows where this can go, it could really fly.

Plans for an 80-bed Snoozebox hotel at Silverstone Circuit have been submitted to Aylesbury Vale District Council. The temporary hotel would be made up of ISO containers on two levels with 40 bedrooms on each. It is proposed to keep the hotel in place until October 2015. The accommodation would be used in connection with motorsport competitions held at the track as well as corporate events. The hotel will be sited at the Vale and Club corner of the circuit along with 82 parking spaces. It is an interim measure put in place while the details of the Silverstone Circuit Masterplan are worked out. Snoozebox, which names former Formula One driver David Coulthard as its president, already has another 80-bed hotel at Silverstone.

I wouldn't worry too much, this will be on the up again before too long. MMs have been working this down in my opinion. Interesting to see a couple of buys coming in at 13.25 and 13.5 after close.

There's 3 of the 50k share buys. They are buys as the price at the time was 14.10. Made very little impact on the SP though?! The sell for 39k share, took the price down though!

Quite possibly, though I feel there will be plenty of news flow from now until the summer, including the full results, and the outlook. I would have thought if the financials now look positive, and close to turning a profit, any news of contracts, big or small will see the SP rise.
