Some good posts this morning making it clear what we have known for sometime now. We are simply at the present time back the people behind this, DB mainly due to his success with COMS and other ventures. Helium who tend to back winners. They may need to raise further funds but undoubtedly it will be at either the 0.75 again or higher depending on the acquisition announced. There are of course other ways of raising capital or acquiring investment in other companies without dilluting. However, from the wording in the RNS 400k is enough to get the ball rolling.

Yes, the price to sell was 2.72 about 15 mins ago. Could not buy, just went to NT.

I'm quite happy to sit on these awhile longer rather than selling at any loss. Overall the news is positive I think, and a possible over reaction reflecting in the SP. No doubt some stop losses were triggered when the price suddenly dropped. I'd like to see the company help themselves in their communication though. Like you say results will tell the true story. I hope there's no placing unless they manage to secure the funding at a good premium to the current SP.

it's a real shame they have not released the good news in the RNS at the time it was known, so when letting us know about the cash flow issue, the SP would have probably have been higher. The fact they've also put the bad news at the top of the RNS is kind of poor, I think a lot could have been done to soften the blow. If it is just a temporary issue, then they've made quite a big deal out of it. All in all though, reading between the lines, I think the future still looks good, it's just a case of sorting out the books!

We could be onto something very special here once the business plan is fully announced and investment has been made. You feel that with the people now involved, this will be a 1p+ share in the not too distant future. Good Luck all.

depressing as it is to see this drop waiting for some news, it's a great opportunity to get some very cheap shares whilst under the radar. Results will be with us by 30th June. It's also understood communication from the company will start to improve with possible regular updates. It is in my opinion a steal at this price. People have cleary got bored and selling, I feel this is a great opportunity before we see the company provide a series of updates to shareholders.

You get the feeling when we do get news of the deal/investment etc, we won't see under 1p again, the way the market reacts to this share on good news. I think today's news just firms up this will become a serious investment opportunity for those who can stand the volatile nature of VMP!

I think some have cottoned on from some of the buying, but you're right it is great news, and may just lead to what you are saying. It does suggest something big may be about to happen for the broker to accept this. The statement from the company is also very positive and re-assuring that things are happening, looking after shareholders. Could be in for a good summer.

I have no problem still getting a quote through Halifax?! So I'm not sure why you're having the issue.

Are you saying you can't get a dummy quote on the main Halifax site for a buy? How come we haven't had the outcome of the AGM?

Does seem to be some nice buys coming through and as you say, at full ask. Let's not forget how quickly this can move. It will be great to finally get a deal/business here. Be interesting to see where this is in 6 months time.

Ah, ok, well so the MCAP at 8 million, when the revenue was 6 million for 6 months in 2013. Let's just assume the turnover was 12 million plus the 5 million contract, then if this was 2.5p I would be loading up!

2.5 million? There turnover for the first part (6months) of 2013 was 6 million, which was their whole turnover for 2012! They have since announced the 5 million contract. If revenue grew either further in the 2013 then we should be higher than where we are now.

Really depends on newsflow from the company. If they don't keep the market interested, and this drops further, then the warrants will be useless, which I'm sure they don't want, there's a reason why they have offered these. It is clear now the business model wasn't quite right, in terms of overheads etc, which they've now sorted and the new v2 sounds much more cost effective. They've had to attract investors to part with their money again, so I think they will need to start keeping them happy with results. I think 10p is a very attractive price if what we read all comes to fruition.

an average only a little higher than the placing, I'm fairly pleased with today's news, that they have now done the placing and it is only a small discount to what the SP was, we have all seen a hell of a lot worse. My only ciritism is that if they were planning to do a placing they could have done it when to SP was higher, but then they prob would not have been able to get the IIs on board in time. Now it's done, we can look forward to 14/15 and the growth intended.
