looking forward to a period of sustained buying pressure over the next couple of weeks and months. I can see us fairly easily reaching an MCAP of £7m - £10m. With the RP up and running and more from SC, with something new announced, this will be a positve period for NCT.

has been at an all time low for a little while here now. This is reflected in the share price and a fair few posters on this board, I was leaning that way too. It only takes one bit of positive news to change all that, and it starts making everything else the company has rather attractive. When the tide starts to turn here and the market wakes up, new investors are not going to be too bothered about what has past, it will be all about where this is going. NCT are in a unique position in Mexico, what they are trying to achieve is fairly massive. It's currently been at the detriment of long terms share holders sadly, but opportunities must be taken at these low levels to take advantage of when the companies offering comes to fruition.

Up to about a month or so ago I was in the earache camp. I still share some of the views regarding past performance and the dilution. Having done some digging and joining up some dots my view has now changed to positive and I've taken the opportunity to significantly average down for when the recovery begins.

There was a 3m buy over on ISDX though....to be honest at this quiet time some will be getting bored and decided to sell others will see a possible opportunity of significant upside from these levels. 10m shares certainly at these levels is not very big at all. What is interesting is when buys have recently come in, the price moves up fairly quickly and MMs do seem to be short, hard to believe since the amount of shares in issue. However, they have always seems to struggle on orders once the buying starts. If you believe there is more shares to issue at this level, then sell is probably a good option. If not, then with all the news due, then this is a strong buy considering the news which is due.

today. It's now my best performing share for some years if we hold these levels. Can't see it being under 2p for that long considering what is about to happen and the large sums involved. Even with the big news, it still feels we are not noticed as much as other companies would be. It's fine though as we are moving up nicely without the usual hoards destroying the board!

Buys seem to go through ISDX and sells through the normal market.

Been hard to buy in any quantity this morning and currently unable to buy much at all. Yet MMs will take a shed load. Something feels like it is brewing here.

Orslega, you keep alluding to some pretty significant news from the company. Is it thought this is outside of SC and the RP, something that currently is not on the table?

I was going to put very undervalued but didn't want to push my luck with some on here! I think the market will start to wake up and like you say Orslega these prices will be long gone.

We are undervalued, all history aside. I've air ed my views on the dissatisfaction of the dilution and for now I'm happy to leave it there unless more comes. Sometimes opportunity knocks on AIM when an SP has hit rock bottom, it will be some cannot move passed the past and that is dangerous if they are looking to recoup paper losses.

We are heading towards a much more fruitful period at NCT I feel.

I don't agree with the way RC has handled the finances at NCT especially in terms of the dillution, there is no way we can be valued at below £3m. The reason for that is due to the dillution and putting everyone off from investing. The RP alone is worth more to NCT than £3m I would have thought? So logic does suggest once news comes out, we should see a good rally in the SP. As long as there isn't a further funding call!

These 3 new subsidiaries certainly suggest at least 3 new deals or investments or one or two larger investment across the subsidiaries. Any other share you feel PIs would be reading between the lines and the price would sky rocket. Glad though as this recent steady rise has held up nicely and feel this will continue until solid news probably above the magical 1.25.

Steve, it may not have been one investor or buyer, it could have been a number in the recent placing and therefore not exceeding the 3% required to declare. Or as Karina has just mentioned, if it is someone who has passed the 3% they may still be buying and therefore at the present time does not need to be declared.
