Didn't ask about syngas but adding hydrogen to the has grid has been talked about in many countries. This is why I was asking about wood or even coal. With political will I think it's certainly doable. I'm sure when we are firmly on the map these things could be entertained. Very interesting I think. There was this proposal to gasify biomass from the Danube with EU funding so there are people out there with all sorts of ideas. That particular one was only to show the potential of gasification.

I have been emailing Keith about States that are beholden to Russian gas. Russia has used it's gas as a bargaining tool before and bullies anyone it can. Germany is building another massive pipeline from Russia. Germany could buy many many of our units as an insurance policy and have a stockpile of feedstock just in case? Any flaws in my thoughts?

Agreed again Telephoneman but I was thinking about places where wood is free or a byproduct . A Canadian logging company uses waste wood for energy and also has heavy machinery for example.
