Shows no cash needed on the horizon with up front substantial cash deal from Toyota. I can't see any reason why Toyota would not want to proceed. In fact PHE almost guarantee Toyota's success in terms of their Hydrogen powered vehicles.

According to the Times today the RAC published a report saying that 8.3 percent of roadside chargers failed to work at all meaning motorists were reluctant to make longer journeys and is stalling the growth of electric vehicles. Also charging took far longer than expected with hybrid cars taking up to 12 times as long to charge making the situation far worse.

If this was going to be a paradigm shift for Toyota which all signs that they are then Toyota will want to carpet bomb Japan. The more g3 units the greater their sales of cars..... simple equation.
