Bit of profit taking today. Only to be expected. Still in there.

It has now passed Canaccord's target price and I am tempted to sell.

Bought this on 24/09, now up 37% in less than a month. Wonder if I should take profits.

I think he's straight. Also he always has a stop loss unlike most punters. But I do admit that now. his tips are less useful in that he used to post his dealings 3/4 times per week when he first started. Now it's once every three weeks, so virtually useless.

See that the Naked Trader bought into TEG recently. He thinks it's a likely takeover by Hollywood Bowl.
With a 5% yield and 90% of shares held by institutions and reasonable P/E, what's not to like?

I bought in to Dart today but think I may have backed the wrong horse as TUI has risen almost 8% today. Time will tell.

Would you bid 180p for a company whose current share price is 105p. I think HR net are likely to lie low for a long time and may not have been aware of the severity of the problem.

Anyone know how many direct competitors SEE has? I know there is a huge American one, but reckon there must be Japanese and Chinese ones too. I know SEE operate in China so probably the Chinese already have access to their technology.

Why is £180 a mandatory minimum price and if that is so, why are the shares now languishing at £1.10?

With a falling SP it is in HRNet's interest to just sit and wait. Problem is how far will it fall.

This almost equates to the amount sold by BR. For all we know they may be discussing a full bid.

I agree that the shares are very undervalued,but problem is that new money will need to be raised quite soon and any new share issue is bound to be well below current SP. Co. said some time ago that remaining funds were 2.2 mill. which does not go far when you are having to pay those companies now assessing the viability of the project. This is exactly what Hayden talked about when he mentioned the dreaded word "dilution".

Yes you are right of course about the three year period I quoted.

Was thinking of Staffline which is a different kettle of fish! However the fact that only last reporting year needs amendment makes me even more uneasy about why they are taking so long over it.

I have no more idea than you as to why the revised results are taking so long. However they do have to revise results for the last 3 years. I am also concerned that Dunamis is not earning its keep as much as they expected. We have heard nothing about contracts won by them in the electrical charging field, which I should hope they would be winning more by now.

We can only wait and see.

Quite why these adjustments are taking so long is a bit of a mystery. It can't be that complicated surely? If they come out as forecast I reckon the SP should rocket. The only other thing keeping them back is the fact that the company is totally UK focused and also in the utilities sector

It's almost certain surely that such costs will be accounted for as exceptional items and therefore excluded from the reported profit? But of course the hit remains all the same.

The fact that the auditors have now resigned was not factored in. Neither was the fact that most of us amateurs had not read it. Who gets the full report these day?. Not many of us. I've cashed in. There has been an enormous loss of confidence in the company which will affect future contracts. If there is no takeover, the shares will dive.
