what is with this spread. 19% spread is ridiculous. Someone ought to take these market makers out . This is absolutely ridiculous for a stock at 1.15 to have a 19% spread. Talk about manipulation and unethical markets

I am one of those buyers today. I am not insulting you. I am merely pointing out that any investor would have researched that information before buying any shares additionally , the future is far more important then the present as that is where our profit will come from. So I would love to have the management be far more knowledgeable then they have shown to be in the future concerning the way China operates.....And my name is not Jason by the way..........just for trivia

Actually for true value I wish they would sit down with the NDRC and look at the maps.Additionlly with a Chinese partner what they dont seem to know is that they can qualify for approx 220 square kilos of land as an incentive for coal development..Tey just have to commit to the development of it. Ordos does not have any more they can give. But Xilinghot does have . So Xilinghot can grant it to Ordos and Ordos can then give it to them and we would be a lot richer.

Sorry. I dont think Lrl will be taken over. I think due to its partner it will continue . And its subsidiary (the new company)will not actually be of any long term value. I have seen it too many times. But I am invested in LRL because I know the area and I know who their partner is. In China that partner makes a HUGE difference

Well in the 1980's the Russians had developed an interesting new tech. They were able to use a special plane to fly over large geographical areas and map the underlying rock formations. The Chinese government used them in a five year project to map a lot of the geological formations in grids thru out the country . This gives them a fairly accurate idea of what lies beneath. The NDRC has copies of these that have been extensively and minutely examined. This gives a very accurate view of what lies beneath. . I know the Ordos basin is good. but Xiang Jian is better. As for the separation of divisions in the company . Of course it is always better to concentrate on one area of developement. But a company could actually have a division within the company...ie. Rio Tinto or Robert Freelanders group which gives the whole a stronger base. Breaking off "divisions has always been a way small companies try to create cash flow and interest in their stock....

Again I do not disagree with the findings. But we will need far more to make this company what I hope it can become. Moving into Xiang Jian will be a major positive step. The differences in location are important to understand. The Ordos region is administered by the direct influence of the local party secretary and they have used up a lot of their freebies. (give aways to new development) . But the Xiang Jian region is administered by the military. There a company can obtain many benefits once they commit to building a presence in that area. These freebies are not miniscule...they can bring a very large added benefit to doing business in their area. But Ordos is good. Ordos was given a very favorable recognition by the government for a long time with large tax advantages for doing business there. The local Ordos government has large coffers. But the only problem there is the amount of ground water. If you dig down about 20 meters almost anywhere you will run into water

Well I am not disagreeing with you about zjs5. I am just attempting to bring a little bit of realism into why a company would choose to split off another division. As I firmly believe it does not bring any value to the parent company as an advertising tool to increase share value. Which is way many companies in the past have actually done the same thing. Yes I do believe the Ordos basin has strong possibilities. I spent three years working there as we built a plant about two hours outside of Ordos proper. But you are just a little to gungho for newbies. The reality is Ordos is an excellent area for development. It has great potential. But if we can get into Xiang Jian we will really have a great potential. The Xiang Jian region has been found to actually have far more potential then any other area of China for natural gas. ....I am only thinking of the potential and utilizing the partnership to its best advantage.

Actually the Xiang Zian region if a far better location for natural gas. Ordos in the past has been known for its large,successful coal mines. If you go to Ordos it is interesting the amount of Bentleys you will see. Even more there then in Shanxxi.I dont disagree with your ideas. That is why I own a few shares here. But actually Ordos isnt the best place mainly due to the high water table. I spent 13 years working in China . We had plants in Ordos,Xilinghot and Shanxi

How about a counter to your idea......as I have had several companies in the past split off assets at certain times......after spending the time to develop these wells they have decided to create as much value as they can. Knowing that gold is going to rise in price(according to many predictions over the next two years_based upon the shortage of actual metals to back the paper that was sold by such groups as JPM who did announce that they had sold six times the amount available in the world market today) Knowing that it is going to take them longer then they anticipated to bring in a success.. By doing this they can take advantage of the "potential " increase by creating a company specializing in gold. Then they can continue on in their drilling until they do hit a profitable well,which is/has not been found at this point. The nice thing is that their chinese partner does have access to the Chinese Soverign Wealth fund and with the 80 billion yuan being committed by the government for the development of energy they will be able to access what ever funds they need. I believe they did mention in the past at one time that Xiang Jian was also another area they will be looking at. The Autonomous region of Xiang Jian is being given special attention by the government as it does have a huge potential of natural gas. In most of the companies I have had split off in the past the baby company(so to speak) doesnt actually do well. If you would care to spend the time to research this you will see what I mean....I have done the research....as I am a hopeful shareholder I am not "deramping" I am just presenting another point of view.

Just because the price is going down it doesnt justify jumping ship........Before they did say they would be able to keep the mine operating year round in the coming year. But in the most recent statements I do not get that from what was said. It seems to say that they can keep it open longer and start earlier. Am I reading this info. wrong? Any serious person that follows this company would be nice to hear your opinion......
