I have read the information and what I get out of the share buyback is that the board has the options during the quarter to buy shares at their options.....if not they can renew the right to buy back at the next meeting....as they did at the last meeting...but I do not see any big statement about a buyback being imminent . Now I am open to correction , but I do not think any big buy back is coming that would be of significance...they were only talking about 500,000 dollars as being the "most" they would spend , but they did not say they would...just they could.....

Any update on the court events?

As I own shares I would like to be psoitive about developments. But as to something happening...probably raising more money.....

What is irritating is that this new guy is being paid the value of the company in salary for the first year.......basically. The salary of Paul A. is also way out of line for his job performance. These small companies have started to become ways for friends of directors getting positions with high salaries that are not justified based upon the companies history and those directors own past history................. .

Well lets see.....reverse split takes the company down to below where it was before reverse split...........demerger and the share price continues to decline for what is now two companies.....and now a new management to have to pay salaries too (two sets of managment drawing unjustified salaries)......just more small company crap with no real declaration of what LRL or LEN has/is doing. Still no definitive information on ZJ7.......no information on what we were told before was going to be three holes drilled..........just more insider people getting jobs that over pay for poor results. Does anyone know how much this guy will be payed? Paul A is getting 450,000 plus his expenses and another hardship bonus of 100,000 for the inconvenience of living in China. Most major companies have eliminated the "hardship" pay for China over four years ago......they are just gouging shareholders to sustain their lifestyle. A small company should not be paying out these kinds of salaries with the performance that has been presented so far.

It will be very interesting to see what the new total of managements salaries will be once the dust settles.....

Good management would put out an rns or at least a public pr statement concerning today's events. Our current CEO Atherly is getting paid 450,000 dollars per year plus 100,000 for the burden of living in China....He has overseen the loss in value of this company without any clear solution except to split the company. In the past when a company performed such splits historical data shows a continued loss in value. He is grossly over paid for the results he has given shareholders and there is no justification for his exorbitant salary.

Well now if we are not careful we will have two sets of ineffective management salaries to pay............I say this as I have been here for quite a while.........and still am not satisfied with the last statements on results from 7.......but it seems I am the only one

This company will get funding......it has survived trying times and does have a lot to offer. Finding a "funding savior" get real. Twitter just had an IPO and now has a net worth of 18 billion....now idea as yet how they will generate revenue.....Amazon still needs to make a profit.........yet value is growing. This company if offering a solid product to companies needing advertising. This company has gone thru the "wars" already and learned enough to survive . Now with the success they are starting to show in Turkey and the market expansion in China this company will see revenues and profits way before Twitter. Internet companies must build their base and have a reason for companies to want their service. This company had to change from it's original way it functioned and has done it successfully. It does not take a "funding savior" to see what is coming in the near future. The BOD did not put out that rns because they felt over valued. They put it out due to the rules of AIM and anytime a company jumps in price yu will see the same thing . They also stated in the previous comments they made about "solid business " coming on board a very good future growth expected....with the China update due shortly.....

For what it is worth after reading weibo I think this dude(supershark) is not playing with a full deck. Ruguo ni zhidao bu hao dongzi ni shuyao gaosu women zhende. Xianzai meiyou wenti zai Zhongguo.(Pinyin because my computer wont write characters......and my pinyin is a little rusty) Not that it matters what each of us thinks but the share price is stable which does mean people are holder their shares and not going for short term profits. Which is good for everyone wanting to actually make a good return....

Guys I have super shark on filter. Is he saying anything of interest about phrm? Does he give a link? If he does let me see it please. I spent 13 years in Beijing China , I would be curious what c++++ he is saying , but not curious enough to unfilter him....

I understand what you are saying....but years ago when I bought Amazon,Ebay and everyone kept saying the same things......but because of the internet being what it is those that survived the net crash have continued........most internet companies seem to go thru the same curve........expansion , expense and finally revenue.....some as in Amazons case are still waiting for the "profit" to begin in a substantial way. This company got hit hard before in their learning curve. It seems that now they have survived,adapted and are being accepted in a substantial way that would indicate future growth and eventual profit............so as a risk based investment they seem to be a strong potential for long term success. This is based upon their rocky past that has got them to where they are today........

So they got fined the equivalent to a 3000 dollar fine. This is old news......current system has been "changed".....
