Don't hold your breath on Balcombe planning coming in January. The last 4 meetings have been cancelled! Backlog to clear I would expect?
The Agenda is published a week before so before the Planning officer report was due to be published (before the EA questions were raised) Reading the BAT report this could well be cutting it fine to get things moving before the Autumn should they wish to impose conditions relating to this.
Apparently there are gremlins on-site as the BAT equipment also failed after two days.........and the flare stack (a fairly important component of the report) is according to the document is only to be used for 7 days not 3 years........Cross those i's and dot those T's.................. Well worth waiting a year for a document that basically says the equipment failed and then we cut and pasted the information regarding the flare stack from the 7 day well test!

You have 1.5 million downside risks about to released into the shares in issue at a price likely to be well below that of today!
Balcombe won't wipe its own nose even if they get OGA and WSCC permissions and then if it even flows by the company's own admission.
No update regarding Saltfleetby in any regard, and not many on this BB who consider it viable anyway! and £2.5 million to pay back if the OGA doesn't grant the license which as the day's tick on is looking increasingly likely!!

Can you point out the upside please (excluding Ruperts buy) as most are scratching their heads at your statement!

im a trader, never hidden that. Just giving my thoughts. if I am wrong then I've missed out on some upside. if correct I will reinvest at lower levels. I sold over £200k worth of stock yesterday, so it may have some significance. If you think it is irrelevant then just switch me off. Absolutely no problem at all . Unfortunately trading does involve selling as much as buying and I do think this is a trading stock and not one for your pension fund. you are obviously entitled to a completely different view. others may be interested when i buy in gain even if you are not.

Yes, personally I am bitter!! My only consolation and means to vent my anger is to point out the companies and the pump and dump posters lies out on this BB as the authorities and the company itself seem unwilling or so inept/corrupt as to take any action.

No one is breaking any rules as far as im aware that require admin to be informed........filter at your risk (YOU WONT) as it will cost you dear when that next piece of the jigsaw is posted by one of us!

It was confirmed Angus share is 25% of the 300 in the investor questions answer.

Furthermore we produced a considerable amount of oil during the previous test, some 100 barrels. This figure is not to be confused with our conservative target of 300 barrels per day (or gross revenues of c. £5 million of which our share is 25%). The original vertical Balcombe 1 well on the same site was tested in the late 1980s and produced only oil on test. This is why we are much more confident about Balcombe especially as it is much closer to the centre of the basin than Horse Hill and therefore is more mature for the generation of oil.
