I'm Guessing your still a Kimmeridge believer? Just a couple of extra points.
It should be noted that water disposal should there be any water cut at Balcombe should be based on the £48 per barrel as quoted by Angus for Saltfleetby presentation, GL,s drill or drop interview and Lidsey update in the annual accounts.
Any new well drilled would be circa £3 million based on comments by SS and the UJO guy and that would include any injector that would need to be drilled. Makes your £5 mill to Angus look a tall order given the UKOG type dilution to get to that point for shareholder return given that's years away. Don't forget and weeks a lifetime on AIM let alone 3 years!

Good to have another viewpoint on here. Just have to pick you upon
"though definitely not the parts where you make insinuations about Lucan and Rupert Labrum's possibly illegal motives."
I havent suggested anything of the sort. Both Lucans directorship and Ruperts and family buy-in here and at prim are public knowledge. This is AIM after all and nothing untoward ever happens as the regulators and authorities are quick to deal with any such shenanigans!
This can clearly be seen by the trust being put into AIM by all the PI'S pouring more money in after being pickpocketed by "Sophisticated investors".............If they don't sort AIM out by prosecuting some of the behaviour going on, AIM has a rossy future just like Angus case in point!

A fair assessment on first read.
GL was bought in by JTP by his own admission (see Drill or drop interview)
He has zero O&G experience by his own admission also, Seems to be unaware of even basic facts regarding the company (eg thinking the Balcombe EWT is for 2 years, not 3 not knowing acid is planned to be used etc)
His financial skills have been to pay a £100,000 early repayment for a convertible loan only to lose 80% of the placing price that replaced it to then add another convertible loan six months after the first! Genious!!!!
Any of his interviews watched again have proved to be hogwash and to top it off Knowle properties the biggest Angus shareholder drop him into another company they are a major shareholder in also around the same time he starts at Angus!! Hardly looking after us Mug punter PI,s!!.....So i think he has got off relatively easily!
The throw-away comment was from David Hollis a director and head geologist and has not been disproved or retracted and the company have admitted they are guessing at flowrates and those hopped for still won't keep the lights on. Any water cut will kill the project stone dead as there is no injector well and it would need to produce 2000 odd bopd to make Angus any decent money given they only have 25%. They will also have restrictions put in place on production by the OGA as they did at Brockham (301 bopd) as this is only a test. The Gas to wire question asked on the forum is probably bogus as again the OGA required this at Brockham (3 years)and they compared Horse hill as to the reason they don't think they need it which i believe was only a 90 test? The explanation regarding the Brockham gas to the wire was concerning for all who have followe this debarcle as JTP himself told a conference last year that it takes a minimum year to connect to the grid.
I can see this all being given away in a fire sale or a buy in on the cheap to one or another of the interconnected company that a portly ten-gallon hat-wearing gent has or has had his porkies in. There is a reason Rupert has bought in here and at Prim also..........Join the dots
All IMHO....DYOR
Im going to shock you all now and say Balcolbe will be before that. Quite simply because if they aren't on-site by the Mid/end of April the company is over. No one in their right mind will lend them any more money and the coffers will be bare by then. They also didnt do a bad job at Balcombe getting and setting up last time! Probably due to the fact alledgedly Toxic Tidswell wasn't envolved.....lol
Saltfleetby won't be this year Guaranteed and probably never IMHO. Just consider the scale of the operations to process and transport the condensate for example. On the Optimistic projection there would be 8 tankers a day (16 movements).
Lidsey has a maximum of 8 per week imposed! That's without the oil, water and other traffic movements that will have to be passed by the council! Will they need a full screening plan in place and accepted...almost certainly yes!
The sums just don't add up when you look at the price of Gas and the production figures they have given when compared to the actual official figures supplied. They are being wildly optimistic with their predictions, to say the least!

Hi Mirasol
Im fairly sure the meeting will go ahead after watching them discuss it yesterday. They were all well aware of the date and corrected the chairman when he got it wrong and said it was March It also sounds like it could be devoted to Balcombe probably due to the amount who will want to speak.
I happen to think it will be passed but with several caveats or possibly deferred pending questions that need answering as has happened with so many others.
Hi YL
With all the information available in the public domain, I just can't see that. It's going to take many many more millions to get either project to a profitable production stage and they will want all the gullible mug punter PI money they can get get and dilute to get there.
You will note i say information in the public domain so who knows you could well be right!
So at what point do Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited start to get nervous, or are they already?
With confirmation that the Balcombe planning won't happen until the end of Feb and conformation that JTP repaid his loan there is nothing but dilution RNS's (If Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited chose to) and possibly confirmation of the De-commissioning of the two Saltfleetby wells at great expense to look forward to and both should have a negative effect on the share price.
Given that that
" they shall not, during any calendar month, sell greater than 20% of the number of Angus Energy ordinary shares that have traded during such calendar month."
and with the trading levels at all-time lows, there isn't any real possibility that they will be able to get shot of the £900,000 still to come before the next half-million would (possibly be available given the caveats) is due at the end of March
" The remaining £500,000 balance of the facility may be drawn down, subject to material adverse change and liquidity restrictions equally on 31 March and 30 June 2020 "
Which they are going to definitely need and a lot more.
So the question again from a "non-sophisicated mug punter" will they be getting nervous or will they have a cunning plan?
Annual accounts will be published in March and they will make interesting reading I'm sure just to put in the mix!!
Balcombe planning confirmed to take place on Feb 25th. Just watched today's meeting and discussed and confirmed right at the end "item 9"

Dear Dear BBC!
Suprised you are still here....but just off the top of my head..............
JTP share loan to America 2030.....Should have been investigated by the authorities but instead the company awarded him warrants and pretended to demote him.
Vonkys fictitious interviews regarding Lidsey production rates and the accompanying back of an envelope RNS and any figures supplied in respect of production actually.
Pretty much any fundraise RNS giving details to where the funds are to be spent (where is the £800,000 destined for Holmwood for example)
The 5.5 Therms they claim Saltflettby was producing when last producing (when it took six months to produce that amount when last producing and hadn't hit anything like those levels consistently for more than a year previously.
Lots more if you want me to list them??

" All I’m going to do is post facts".
Would you mind posting a positive FACT over the last six months?............year?..............two years?.... in regard to the company or the BOD.
The truth is you cant as there aren't any!............... That could explain all the unhappy posters don't you think?
Interesting to see Ruppert L (Angus's mystery 7.5% holder) has just increased his stake over at Primorus again yesterday........Quite interesting that BetterUTDown posts over there also but doesn't seem to know who Ruppert is!........same person?
BBC. Wealdpwr and I strangely hold many similar views, until as you point out it comes to all things, Vonk!..... Guilty as the rest of them but probably considerably better off!!
Definitely not a tag team as he/she really doesn't care for me!............. See you next week with whatever new name you come up with..xxx
No surprise as you can see from the link below. 9 out of 12 meetings cancelled last year.
