Risky one but I bought earlier today. Energy plays could be the story of 2026/27

Market could well be just positioning itself in this stock now as they the value here. There’ was a persistent 1000 share buyer today. Clearly somebody or bodies are grabbing shares.

Don’t need news to start buying an undervalued stock. If you were to sell as you’re getting suspicious of such a move what other stock would you buy that is more undervalued than CHH?

The government needs to support industry with cheaper electricity. CHH needs to pull off gods earnings.

Once we start seeing positive results and government energy tailwinds then it can start flying

Would be surprised to see a quick recovery so this one will need patience. Always risky with big drops especially with the markets being overvalued as a whole. Another haircut just based on sentiment could see this in the low 3s or even high 2s.

Right will look into them BUT will tell you TATE has nothing to do with sugar. It’s more about sweeteners and artificial tastes which helps reduces sugar consumption. RKJ and his MAHA movement may well actually boost TATE!!!

Yeah lots of people averaging down. I guess if they are bullish long term they’ll hold. If you’re a trader you may not have the patience for this one.

Possible an opportunity here. Tentative. Always worrying buying into this type of situation. But I’ve bought some more.

Getting squeezed on margins - that’s the worry for players like TATE in this current climate.

Some fresh big buying today. Of course the sellers were still there but looks like new buyers are coming in quite heavy.

Agree this is up in the air. Risky. But wonder what the big buyers think or know

You said last week you will not sell your remaining holding. Nothing has changed since Friday. It’s your choice but it seems very flaky to say you won’t sell last week and then sell the following week when there’s no material changes.

I personally have reduced risk from the table and continue to do so as we speak.

As for how this pans out - it’s just speculation. There’s buyers who have a more bullish thesis and then there’s the opposite.

It’s fine to have a check on exuberance but at the same time there has to be a a counter to pessimism.

I don’t know what will happen. Neither does anybody else on this board for sure. There was a recent buyer, Steve. He was buying big. Would be interested to hear thoughts from these recent buyers.

An offering may not be done at a premium of 1p but at the same time if a dilution is don’t it is not necessarily at a reduced price - could well be at market price if it remains at these levels.

That’s IF a dilution is needed - AIMS may just extend their loan.

If they extend this thing flies because the expectation is they will be able to ramp up production next year (they’d have had long enough to get their ducks in line)

You said you weren’t going to sell but you did. Everybody has the right to change their mind as it’s their money but you’re quite indecisive. Now that you’ve got out on a loss (not sure what price you sold your remaining shares last week) is it possible you’ve got an emotional need for your reasoning to be validated now?

Again o have never really had a proper answer as to why some one is convinced that AIMS will take the mine when they didn’t last time round. Your answer is that the gold price is so high that AIMS will get greedy. It doesn’t make sense. They can choose some more shares and extend the remaining loan - that way they get more of the company. They’re already massive shareholders. Why would they want to take on the risk of owning a mine instead of their slow accumulation as they’re doing right now. Surely if they were interested in the mine they’d have took it last year when the prospect of being paid back was bleaker considering the lower Au price.

Yours is just speculation - it doesn’t make sense. This ain’t so backstreet company. Its AIMS. Why would they get out of their normal business practice and become the sole owner of a mine taking on all the risk? Is there anything in their history to suggest this? Also larger and more professional outfits have working practices. They don’t just get “greedy” and behave out of the ordinary!
