Signs of improvement which can be carried on into 2026

Surprised there’s not many buyers looking to get in on this pull back. Clearly the money on the sidelines is waiting. This industry is expected to improve but just as with ADF (facilities) the problem is margins. As the industry wanes to churn out as much content as possible the quality and the cost of the content will be lowered. That means production houses will cut corners to reduce costs.

Margins and/or contracts will be impacted for both Zoo and ADF

I don’t see how it could go private with investors getting 0

If it goes private it has to have a reference price. And it’s a price that the board will have to agree upon, even if their hand is somewhat forced due to debt obligations. So we should get something - whatever that something is.

Frustrating to think we could have been out of our misery had they accepted the bid in April.

Retail investors just want this struggle for power and influence between the board and major shareholders to end. Retail investors just want you all to focus on mining gold and moving the company forward. Lots of us have lost a lot of money due to the stock price continually sliding. Aren’t you concerned about this and don’t you and others feel you have a fiduciary responsibility to retail investors who have put their savings into this company?

Somebody posted on here that theyve lost 40k in savings. Do you people not care?

If anybody hopes for a quit exit at a much higher price then the only hope is a takeover

The April bidder needs to come back in if they can come to an agreement with AIMS then this could well be on.

As the board has fallen out then surely they just want to part ways with some cash 💰 in their pockets ASAP.

From my point of view. I’m just going to hold off - no. more buying (I did - perhaps foolishly - buy a bit more earlier today). Just mentally going to write off the money and forget it. If there’s a some sort of recovery in SP closer to 1p then I’m out of the door.

The gold pours don’t look like they’ll be much better for the next few months as they’re mining “lower grades”.

I just don’t see a catalyst in the next couple of months to get big buyers into this share.

AIMS could decide to extend the note and not wait till December to announce the extension. That could well boost the SP.

However given the stock price collapse and the shambles the company is in right now re investor confidence inter. alia (they love that but if Latin) id suspect its in very much in favour of the other party. GRL would be fortunate to sell a fundraiser at 1p right now.

They should have just taken up the offer in April.

In a it’s a good thing Bill Trew got wind of the offer. At least we know there’s somebody out there willing to take them out. As to what the offer was we can only speculate. But surely it would have been around the market price in April (with a bit of an added premium).

Been asking around other investors and it doesn’t appear any of them were that interested in attending. AGMs can be drab affairs and quite often just waiting for the PR is the way to go.

What value is there in continually posting about your lack of confidence in management? You’re constantly doing it. You’re luck a broken record or like Uncle Albert “during the war…”

As for confidence in management, be practical. They’re not going to be replaced.

There’s experienced here - Emma has a load of experience. The same applies to Trew and List.

Sure it didn’t go their way in 2021 and they’ve had issues to say the least.

There’s real signs of improvement in the way management are doing things (learning from mistakes?) and there’s serious progress from 2021 which makes this a different proposition (almost like a different company) compared to 2021.

TBH given the progres since 2021 I think management het credit for getting us here and keeping the lights on during difficult periods.

They’ve learnt. They’re better and the company is on a firmer footing. If you thought 2021 was worthy of an investment then I’m sure you’re buying in bulk right now!!!

It’s a bit unfair to compare them now to a miner (CMCL) who have managed to pull through and become successful. It’s like comparing Leeds with Man City.

We are a work in progress and all the infrastructure is in place now. It’s just a case of plucking gold out of the ground. Stacking it up and making sure the new operations team don’t have any hiccups. They obviously have to increase production as they’ve got their loan to contend with and they’ve got to build up a reserve of cash for the new CIL mining operations that they’ll have to use when mining further down (that will cost less £5m iirc)

Lots of ifs but there’s potential here on top of the present situation of decent enough pours to be profitable

It’s a different company to 2021. No point harping on about it. Recently management have been quite satisfactory in communication - and I note they’ve walked about from the 1000oz projection with a realistic “gradual” increase (see the recent yearly update -List’s comments)

Treat it as a different company Mr Frost. Don’t compare it with a successful gold miner. Compare apples with apples my dear. Sure back in 2021 it may have been a fair comparison. It’s not now. Move on from 2021. Seems like 2021 scarred you.

A DEP (basically just a plan) from 2021 that didn’t matierialise is INSIGNIFICANT now. Sure people bid up the price in 2021 based on hype and POTENTIAL. That is just the world of the market of junior and small miners.

Production plan often don’t go to plan. Miners have accidents and production issues all the time - especially the smaller ones.

You’ve got to know the kitchen can get hot before you enter. The kitchen clearly got hot back in 2021 but many of your co-investors made massive money on the run up based on the hype. Look at the chart, clearly many multibagged. In fact look at the chart and youl see GRL has bagged or multibagged numerous times!

Moaning now about 2021 when GRL is a different proposition is just pointless. The kitchen gets hot 🔥- you’re not a little boy. You know this!!

Looking at the price of the trade it looks like a buy. Also overall it didn’t finished in the red. Would have been a noticeable red day if it was a sell imo.
