if the Deal with AGR goes through, they will make a success of the company, expecially when the oil price picks up, and if they finish the hole. But, the question is, will AGR syphon everything off into there own pockets/companies, or would they do the honest thing and actually relist. I know nothing about this mob so can't speculate about them directly, however i suspect there are more dishonest people in the world than honest. But as i said before, keep your shares do not sell for a pittance, anything could happen (no matter how unlikely), if you need the capital loss, sell it to one of your kids.

wouldnt advise anyone to sell any shares at that level, unless you are really desperate for the cash, for that amount its better kept in as a punt
