Forget xtr, load of crooks. Was in that about 6 years ago. You can't trust the board. I remember Jan Nelson buying 2 copper dumps in South Africa where he was from for £2m which were worthless.
I hope they haven't fixed the nickel price at $16,400 for 10 years and I don't believe they would have as they mentioned the current nickel price in the rns.
I think this was organised to transfer PI shares to institutions, 68m traded yesterday, 18m today so far, if these numbers had happened on other days before the news it would have dropped a lot more.
Maybe we will see some TR1's or new names on the share register, maybe Teck are selling up?
Wasa, what is the debt ratio if $346 and $532 ($99 over run fund)
What is Orions total number of shares and percentage?
Orion is extremely pleased to cornerstone Horizonte's latest fundraising with a total commitment of US$150 million. Subsequent to our US$25 million royalty investment in 2019,
How many shares will Orion hold now? And what percentage of the company will that be? Wasa?
Somebody must be buying them and laughing their t!t$ off. Not what we expected but it's worth more than £120m mcap.
Well BMO were miles out or it was a deliberate ploy to mislead investors. $80m raise was their calculation, I even quoted this to JM who stated it was just an estimate.

I think the next rns will state financing completed and construction starting 1st week of January 2022.
Wasa, 50% of npv of both mines would be acceptable.
I think in this case we would have heard by now. But the company making the offer would certainly have to tell its shareholders about the offer and we would have found out that way.
If there were any serious takeover talks going on the company would have to inform the shareholders. Any offers already made can't have been good enough to be taken seriously.
More pie in the sky I see! Production in 2024, and they still need $1.3bn. They would fit right in with the Hzm management.
You can't compare sxx with hzm, the capex was about 5 times more for a start, and potash and nickel can't be compared.
£5.6m spent on right to access land.
During the year progress was made in the land acquisition process for the Araguaia project. The escrow deposit was paid to secure the ‘right of way’, these acquisitions amounted to £5.6million. £3.1million of the land and ‘right of way’ purchases is included in trade and other payables as at 30 September 2021.
18 Commitments
The Company has conditional capital commitments totaling £7 million relating to certain items of plant and equipment. These commitments remain subject to a number of conditions precedent which have not been met at the date of this report.
It's the Financial Results RNS.
Wasa, I think it's best to have a strong cash position until everything signed.
At least we have a production date below.
The assumptions for the valuation of the Buy Back Option are the future nickel price ($16,191/t Ni), the start date of commercial production (2024), the prevailing royalty rate (2.65%), the inflation rate (1.5%) and volatility of nickel prices (22.6%).
Wasa, they have spent £4m this quarter.
Did you sell them quick enough?
