Several players haven't put out an RNS today, notably Albert bridge for the second day running.

Have they discussed irrevocable's with a bidder I wonder? If so then I understand they can no longer trade the share until an outcome.

Maybe, just maybe we'll have an announcement in the next few days...

Taken from the FCA website:

"A public share notification must be made when the net short positions of shares reach 0.5% of the issued share capital of the company concerned, and again at each 0.1% increment after that. "

It reached 0.5% Wednesday, I suspect the majority of the position was taken out at the recent high which may in part explain some of the recent drop, I also suspect many other non-disclosed (under 5%) short positions accompanied the latest one during the recent highs. I don't know how to find this out or if indeed I am able to somehow?

Interesting that Millennium International Management LP Chose to reach the 0.5% threshold for disclosure Wednesday with auctions anticipated to take place in the next week or so. Are they trying to scare me out of my shares?

I guess we will find out more over the course of the next 18 days. GLA.

On another other forum a knowledgeable poster suggested that there could be an auction either tomorrow/bid announce Monday or auction next Friday/bid announced following Monday.

I am wary about what I read on forums but Wiseman seems to really know what he is talking about.

It's nice to be back in a long term play with clear direction of travel. My other shares currently are recovery plays and a long term gamble.

This share will hopefully give me peace of mind.

When I look back to March/April, KOD is in a much better place but still very much high risk. Still every chance of success as we move into the end game.

CRK22, news that I have listed to arive before the end of the exclusivity period detailed in the MOU is:

- Mining Licence
- Upgraded Feasibility study showing reduced costs and improved recovery rates.
- Gold Updates
- Off take and Finance News

Probably in the above order, so once the price settles I shall be buying my shares back that I sold on Friday's spike.. and wait for the next price action.

There could of course be additional news leading up to Christmas, possible take over perhaps? Something seems to be cooking and like Bib keeps pointing out, its unlikely to benefit me in the way I initially hoped for..

Those results earlier this year were why I originally bought in back in early April. The results were excellent. Been in and out a few times since, but currently in at 24p.

Love the AA, great service and a very visible presence out on the roads.

Hoping for a conclusion in the next few weeks, this feels like the quiet before the storm.

I bought some more first thing @25p following the drop. I have been building a position here since this share was recommended by hyper_al on another forum some months ago. Very interesting company and one I hope to hold long term.
