· US$17.75 million equity subscription by Hainan Group into Kodal at a price of 0.5p per share, being a premium of approximately 100% to the previous 10-days' VWAP (the "Subscription").

· Under the Kodal Subscription, the Hainan Group is conditionally subscribing for 2,937,801,971 ordinary shares in Kodal (the "Kodal Subscription Shares") for a total subscription amount of US$17.75 million (£14.6 million), equating to a subscription price of 0.5p per share, being a premium of approximately 100% to the previous 10-days' VWAP (volume weighted average share price).

That may be out of date by as early as next week when the subscription shares are submitted to market. But good fun though. (just under 20Billion shares on issue from probably Friday next week.)

Squeezit, my geologist mates reckon they are not hard to spot (pegmatites) and they reckon Bernie and his geos will know where they are all are on the land that we have. Will find out over the next 12 months how much they are worth, its great to see both the flotation deposits and DMS deposits are being expanded and defined in parallel. As Lav rightly states, all adds immediate value once the funds have been received (I can't see why they won't arrive by next Friday).

Hi Accoinista, KOD also spent some money drilling.. if I remember the raise at the time was £700k which is probably about how much it's cost KOD to date.

just mud mate.. that picture was in China where our JV partner are building a lithium hydroxide plant !

Prem are sat on a large resource which is well known amongst the geology circles.
They've had to take a different route to prove their resources, probably a riskier one.
They will do well I'm sure and I hope they do.

HL seem to be pretty good at servicing Bed &I SA requests, they have also recently dropped trade fees for shares purchased monthly via direct debit and the automatic reinvestment of dividends. The latter will make a big difference to the investment pots for my children's ISAs when they turn 18.

Hi Lav, those are the DMS costs aren't they?
When Flotation comes online I think the costs were about $376 although this will likely be reassessed nearer the time.
( I know you know all this Lav, but for the newcomers who may not be aware.)

Kod are selling spodumene concentrate.
Our off take partners will be buying that product and turning it into either lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide.

Once the data has been processed for the diamond drilling at ngoulana I'm sure we'll have a resource upgrade followed shortly after... Then it's green light for those iis waiting in the wings to get sign off to buy KOD.

I have watched and also been in a few multibaggers, selling out way too early. I have also lost large sums on shares with potential but failing at the last hurdle.

This time I am sticking where I am with KOD and going for production as I always said I would. The potential, as you say, life changing. Big hurdle, finance more or less concluded albeit a few bits and pieces to tick off next week in Mali.

The Li is about to be fully explored on the Bougouni project, next door have an inventory of around 140Mt, let's see what we have once the drilling commences...

Sound advice Sash.. Losing is hard.
Risk management is a serious topic, this is fun today watching it rise but believe me it's hard losing money when it goes wrong.
Do what's right for you and your situation and ignore the hype.
Remember it's easy to make money when you already have a lot of it, but if you are like me and come from nothing it's a lot lot harder.

That sounds like a ramp, it probably is.. but the potential for the share price is for it to go higher than 1.5p.
Shares are full of risk, there is an aim market full of them but as opportunities to make money go, this is a very good one.
