TA is in for long term. daily fluctuation like today is no concern unless you are day trader and wanted to sell today.

from my understanding, actually TA is supportive of the deal except the way its being structured. he doesnt want any share issuance.

as such, ORM not able to issue shares.

i believe ORM is now considering cash plus project debt (COPL got massive project debt per RNS today much larger than mcap, so ORM should be able to do so)

hence, i expect another news soon later this month on getting the debt for the financing !!
