Debt has been deferred by court order until Apr next year. If debt able to be defererd for another 4 years (if the court approves in april), then, no need this placing later on

if court disapprove our debt extension in Apr, then we have to pay the debt at that time

if by then, we already have our diamond, then sp will be much higher we could place at much higher sp.

or if by that time we already able to convert the diamond into cash, then we dont need placing.

this placing authority can only be requested at AGM and since AGM is once a year, hence AP planning ahead and requested this.

and he is confident sp will be above nominal (diamond?) and as such no consolidation required

At least we dont have to pay anything to creditor for many mths until Apr. And court will approve and they will get 4 years extension. no more debt payment problem !!

The only thing that can save RRR now is DRC money. if not all existing shareholders will be diluted massively. AB being greedy, buying assets without being good at managing cash.

what they forgot to tell you is that, only 49% will go to the special dividend shares. the other 51% will go towards the rest of ordinary shareholders, which AST can use for other projects etc. all these after deducting costs.
