i have seen other companies being issued TR1 a couple of weeks after completion. so its still too early for any TR1.

so, i am expecting TR1 maybe next week.

sone been saying that PREM could perform similar to EUA months ago, ie from 20m mcap rose towards 0.5bn !
i dont think PREM will be 500m mcap, but can easily be 200m mcap on confirmation chinese JV on their lithium

yes, sp is all time low, but not worth selling. will wait for recovery and hopefully this is the last straw before we actually starting making serious progress and hopefully rerate significantly as its been long overdue

i think we are due for bounce soon, placing sellers already drying

while its a good news to Kefi, it means Harry wont be hurry to close the financing, so could be only nearing July where we finalise them.

i can see this rising rapidly next few days once we have confirmation production starting.
many eyes are watching to takeover/JV this assets. not many licence left in india that already passed government approval and in production
OEX will do well, opportunity to buy and add cheaply at this low mcap at the moment

with the right momentum, wont surprised if we fly to 20p later this quarter.

Circum is in discussion for funding from JV partner, and once JV is confirmed, the cash proceeds (ie for JV partner getting some % stake in the project), will be paid back to all shareholders of Circum, which include PREM. this cash is called dividend!

or, might be from IPO which has similar affect
