remember, not only that Wressle news should be with us in the next several days, farm out is long overdue and the last webcast indicated that we have not only 1 but at least 2 interested partner.
it has been for several months so, news confirmation may not be long to wait now.could well be soon after Wressle !
buyback 2m, rising our sp by 4% can someone calculate if we steady buyback 2m per day, and sp rising 4% on average per days, after 1 mth, what would be our sp?
2p or more. nothing else.. wont sell before than. why sell now knowing that shares in circulation will reduce and hence wont be easy to buy more at cheap!
RE: is it because of this? - further delays??18 Dec 2019 23:21
previously, i have target of getting licence by end of the year. now looks like if PSA still to be reviewed and only then discussion will take place with each oil /gas firm (AEX not in the first priority i think). so new target would be the earliest summer 2020 !
sad but now back to bottom drawer.
at this rate, even my bottom drawer of Border Southern oil BOR will rerate first!
is it because of this? - further delays??18 Dec 2019 16:19
just saw this most recent article 30 Nov. previously in OCT they delayed the HGA review so that they can focused on PSA.
Apparently in late NOV, govrn now decided to postpone all talks with oil and gas companies as they first (legal team) needs to overhaul the PSA terms. Looks like, PSA wont be finalised by the legal team anytime soon (maybe later in Q1 2020) and only then govn can resume individual talk to oil and gas companies. summer 2020 ????
this delayed is unacceptable and yet nothing much we can do. all down to Tanzania govn getting greedy?? no point selling now as sp almost bottom, just ride it out and waiting patiently for another 6 mths?? maybe some who aware to this already selling and hence sp been drifiting!
"Tanzania has suspended talks between the government and foreign investors in the oil and gas sector that would have set the tone for the review of Production Sharing Agreements (PSAs). The suspension is blamed on delays by the Attorney General’s chambers."
