I wouldn't be able to comment on that unfortunately, the more you delve it becomes difficult to determine , there's a lot to it, depending on trustees and legality. Not black & white by any means. Logically, however, I'd say irrespective of them offloading to the market, their % holdings will inevitably decrease as they 'sell on'. So should be transparency as could be perceived as insider trading without this. All imo .

According to UK charitable commission, there's no exception, so by trading standards, they'd have to post if they crossed the 3% threshold.

Those "sells" this morning were clearly buys. Mine is also shown as a sell previously. Smoke & mirrors job. Announcement of sales & revenue is due imminently, which as previously stated, will provide us a foundation of which to build on. Due to Ai developing at an astronomical rate of knots , it'd be impossible to second guess where and what the next steps are. Hence a firm buy & hold for myself.

A blessing in disguise, allowing us to regularly top up at a low price. Every cloud.

Sales & deals needed, some revenue to back up the product we have. Granted, I have no doubts that will come with time, possibly the next 3/4 weeks & a good indicator to further deals of similar size. Buy low whilst we still cam ;-)

They'll be some heavy after hours trades posted no doubt. Disappointing to not see this North of current McCap. However, it does clear out the old & in with the new. Looking forward to next trading update for sure.

I'd agree, we all know how this works, dash up, profit takes move on with the profit and up she goes. 100% possible on todays news.

Partnerships have followed, and today's RNS states a 96% reduction in costs using the hottest OpenAi system out there to date. Id say our current McCap doesn't show a true reflection of what is. My opinion.

Indeed, it's provides exposure to what is here. Kudos to our CEO & Team for capitalising on the global news and updating us holders. We're only one of few that have a working product on the market, something that has been overlooked. Any further updates (as planned) regarding deals/sales , especially with "household names" could see this seriously put amongst the big fish in the Ai world. Excited.

Trying to understand AI as well most know it's complicated, due to the development of systems moving at an astronomical rate almost every day . Chat GBT & now deepseek, they'll be further updated and tweaked OpenAi platforms introduced inevitably as time moves forward, I'm certain Cykel and team are aware of this, hence the prompt RNS today. The only comparison I can provide is like the .dom bubble, search engines like google, bing, Firefox, AskJeeves. You can almost ask these anything and the answers will appear, and at the time, this was the all singing all dancing , right? The key thing is, jobs were created, opportunities grew, and as apposed to people losing the position it provided others. This will be a pattern with AI, we have a recruitment design with an operating system for digital agents, business will still need this. It hasn't changed due to news today, although it has cut costs down on the already existing products. I'm confident the team know what they're dealing with and certain in saying deepseek is no threat, but again, a good opportunity to create more.

I agree, not too fussed about the price movement, its a long term hold for me and undoubtedly many others. Concerns if under a penny, granted. That aside an update is paramount to project this north, I feel a busy feb/march/April ahead of tax year end is amongst us, especially if large companies are on board. A warm sit & hold and potentially a small top up should the price further reduce south, but I don't suspect it will. All imo.

Value is based on both fundamentals/ prospects. It's also a price of what someone is willing to pay, so rather subjective. AI sector is hot topic, & will be for the foreseeable future. As we speak, the price seems fair, we've not seen sales generating income, nor deals. However, I'd suspect its a matter of when, not if, as the posts below state, a good team & a product that works. Factor all that into the current Mccap and its easy to see why folk would say its 'undervalued'. But as ever, it's all subjective, we shall see in 6 months time if this was really a steal or not.

Order filling today, it appears. CYK is yet to have its 'run', like many others who are coming to life, crazy to think, considering there's a working product here. Hopefully, it will be an opportunity for a small top-up before news lands.

Morning all, looks like another healthy day ahead. Feels as if we're primed here & any news regarding orders/sales will blow this into the 10s+ . Cyk have a product, and a product that works more importantly. Exciting times.

I agree, we've seen what other AI stocks have been doing on little/no news at all, CYK are poised here, a product that works, an experienced team with a track record, and funds in the bank. Only takes 1 good RNS of significant value & as mentioned, this bb will be flooded along with trades and a healthy sp, in my opinion

Cykel will move once significant news lands, yes. Podcasts have mentioned they're in talks with a few household names. One of those RNS'd will see multiple of today's value in my opinionm
