Joe, I would like to see Bramhill start by slashing salaries, especially his and O'Farrell's, withdraw from the US OTCQB, sell the Royalties and Keddington if he can get a good price from Egdon, plus give an undertaking that UJO will no longer invest in stripper wells - basically a strategic withdrawal from the US which has been a disaster (with the exception of the Royalties). He should also give our 1/6 of WN to Reabold assuming they would accept it. Perhaps gift North Kelsey to Egdon too as that's a money pit which will never be drilled unless the UK changes direction on O&G.

Unfortunately a character like Bramhill would rather see UJO implode than admit he has made serious mistakes...

Par value is 5p, new shares cant be issued below par so either the sp need to soar or the par value needs to be reduced. I cant see anything on the horizon that will cause the sp to surge above 5p, maybe a brief spike if the WN re-completion goes ahead in H1.

The problem with a par value reduction is that UJO will need to hold a GM with a Special Resolution requiring 75% in favour. Even if the SR passes, the GM tells us dilution is coming so there could be significant selling crashing the sp even further in which case dilution would be massive - that's if Bramhill can convince enough investors to believe that there's money to be made. He wanted $3m for the strippers but only raised £2m gross, even the warrants inducement wasn't enough to raise the millions he really needed. imo his only option at the moment is to liquidate assets, eg Royalties and Kedd.

Miln many of us know the company well, someone new looking at ujo may think 3p is a bargain and be seduced by all Bramhill's bullcrap

Today - sp in the toilet, Bramhill could buy 1m shares for £30k (about 2 months net salary) - the fact that he hasn't speaks volumes
