The position with the status of the CPR was set out by both UJO and Europa in their recent announcements and remains valid. You should look to these public companies to provide detailed updates going forward and indeed I will not comment or respond to any requests for information from shareholders of other companies on jointly held licences going forward.

I had hoped Egdon would be more realistic with Heyco in charge but more b/s - they have yet to submit a planning application for Wressle

Keddington (Egdon 45%) continued to contribute tangible revenues. A viable drilling location in the east of the field has

been identified targeting around 180,000 barrels of incremental production. Planning is in place for this and the well is

anticipated to be drilled early in 2024.

Outlook

A key focus for the coming period is the integration of Egdon into the wider HEYCO business. The key operational

focus for the coming period will include;

• Drilling at Keddington.

• P&A of Dukes Wood and geothermal test. P&A of Kirklington.

• Wressle planning plus drilling in 2024 subject to receipt of all necessary approvals.

• Resumption of production at Avington.

• Progressing plans for restarting production at Waddock Cross, Kirkleatham.

• Planning for an exploration well at Weaverthorpe possibly as early as 2024 subject to receipt all necessary

consents including NSTA approval of certain licence extensions.

As pboo highlighted, they are 6 weeks over a 3 week timeline, so it may not be bad news, it may simply be another example of an incredibly misleading timeline. Egdon has a long history of this and all Bramhill does with his "40 years of experience" is parrot whatever bullcrap Egdon releases - the guy needs to grow a pair and tell shareholders when a timeline is unrealistic - we are all grownups, we can handle it

Heyco have been in control for a couple of months, I'm willing to give them a year or so to make significant progress, i.e., increasing production at Keddington. Other than that nothing can happen until they have planning permission for Pennystone and/or the mythical pipeline (roflmao). If the Bisc appeal is won I doubt much will happen before 2025.

UJO is the more likely target imo as all their JVs (except West Newton) are with Egdon, although just a sniff of an interest and the sp would re-rate

Hi Serif, lots of variables, gas-oil-water ratio, 10t limit, C65 gas consumption, well pressure, etc so all just guesswork on my part based on very little technical knowledge

Sustained output of 600bpd-700bpd would be my estimate, any more would be great. I suspect they will announce a higher number initially as pressure has been building for 2 months so they will want to "big it up"

Wressle Project Update October 18, 2023

Workover operations on the Wressle-1 well to install a downhole jet pump and recomplete the well have been successfully concluded. The workover rig has been demobilised from the Wressle site.

A new surface Triplex pump has been purchased and has been installed and connected. The final stages of the surface facilities upgrades are nearing completion. The re-instatement of production operations at Wressle-1 well is currently expected during the week commencing 23 October 2023. Egdon hold a 30% economic interest in PEDL180/182.
