85m shares @ £1.20p = £ 100m mcap as of today !!
News shares 265m @ = £1.20p = £345m ncap!!
Increase of £245m on their mcap for a captail raise of £100m.
£200m mcap is where this should be .
265m shares @ 69p = £196m mcap ..
See you all at 69p or less in a few weeks???
99.9% of Right issues hit their rights price I have a few of them T shirts hence why I never take them up anymore .
I could be wrong here though but let's see ???

Additional 181m shares is a 70 % dilution ouch !!
So total shares 240m this will go under 69p very quickly now ..
For the mcap to be the same as of yesterday this could hit 40p ???
Add in economy woos could get nasty ..

69p will be seen soon just stay patient!!

An example with Aston Martin with its 33p issued share and traded around 65p the minute they hit the market with the dilution they drifted down to 27p then trebled very quickly.
Hyve shares will trade at 69p at some point maybe 55p absolute low.
Anything inbetween 69p and 55p is were I will be buying the ftse has at least a 800 point retrace heading into July and August when Q2 earnings hit the market and Furloughs stop !!
Personally cash is king as this rallie can't last on borrowed money propping up the markets !!
Could get messy later but definitely an opportunity to make some long term investments in the likes of hyve and others over the coming years ..
