FOR the first time today we saw a statement from APIKUR that included that statement "FUNDAMENTALY HARMED".

Once the deal is done and the pipeline reopened this will go to the London Court of International Arbitration and the MoO "selective and legally flawed approach" that has caused the IOCs so much "HARM" will be shown up for what it is.

And as Gibson Dunn say, "the compensation claims will run into the tens of billions of dollars (if not more)".
