Don't forget the last share buyback was suspended when the SHTF!!!!

Board has recommended a final ordinary dividend of 1.33 pence per share, resulting in a total ordinary dividend for 2021 of 2.00 pence per share, in line with the Group's progressive and sustainable ordinary dividend policy. The Board has also announced its intention to implement an ordinary share buyback programme of up to £2.0 billion, given the strong capital position of the Group.

Disappointing doesn't even get to 1/3 interim to 2/3 final pay out ratio.

I couldn't do the Sandfire capital raise either from the UK, but you could've got them cheaper on the open market, if you had access to a UK based ASX broker.

Hope MTR don't go the same way, or it will be a bigger Nightmare for me.

I got these shares from the MOD takeover. I'm with HSDL totally useless, they don't deal with the ASX. Is anyone else in the same boat? Does anyone know a UK based stockbroker who deals with the ASX have still not received the final dividend.
They are in my ISA, HSDL will transfer them, if I set up an account with whoever. Excuse the pun but It'saNightmare!!!!!

I'm out up about 800 quid in fifteen years.
If I wait for a better offer it may not materialise, I will loose with the offer as it stands and have to pay tax on the dividend .
