I reckon faron are going for a shoot Alot of cohorts at once to see what works best with clevegen. The most promising will be a phase 3 trial.

I think that picture is getting clearer... Of the cohorts that work up to now (although we haven't been told exactly which) of these end of life paitents 88% survived!

Imagine these are in just one or two cohorts, then increase dosage and frequency In those cohorts and get to paitents before they are on deaths door.

I think with more phase 2 data we are looking at a cure or a life treatment for at the minimum one of the 10 cohorts.

This is the worst case scenario which is very good prospect

If I recall from the interviews recently they said they have partners interested but they wanted to se the results of a higher doseage first and used more frequently...

It could be possible a deal is written in pencil if results are more positive?

I think once we complete phase 2 we will have a slimmed down list of the 10 cohorts that will be tested for phase 3 trials

"At the bottom of the RNS it said, At its recent meeting, the MATINS study's DMC proposed to Faron that more frequent dosing schedules should be investigated in all six cohort types showing early clinical benefit, to optimise the treatment schedule. The DMC also recommended that higher bexmarilimab doses should be further tested as part of the MATINS trial. The potential of higher administration frequency at weekly and two-weekly intervals is already underway in CRC patients, with results expected later this year. The Company expects to report further data from Part II cohorts in the second quarter of 2021 and the data will be presented at an upcoming international medical meeting"

So partial responders could become full responders!

These are the 10 solid tumour cohorts:
1. colorectal cancer,
2. cutaneous melanoma,
3. ovarian cancer,
4. hepatocellular cancer
5. cholangiocarcinoma.
(These 5 have had a positive response to clevergen)

6. gastric cancer (just added to be tested, I presume no data has been gathered for this yet)

7. uveal melanoma. (no response at all)

8. ER+ breast cancer,
9. pancreatic cancer,
10. anaplastic thyroid carcinoma - continue to be investigated.
(I presume these are still being tested but have shown no response yet)

So of the above is right (correct me if I'm wrong. Of the 10 paitents that responded they came from the first 5 cohorts. I just wonder if any of the non responders came from these 5 and if so what % where they?

They are slowly getting a clearer picture of what cancers clevergen works on athough the exact cohorts response we are not told

I would bee interested in which cohorts were these.? Where the 10 responders from across the whole group of cohorts or just 1 or 2?

My theory is we should of had shareholder value by now.

Do you remember that that they said clevegen reduced to ours but the the body diluted this out so they are now increasing the amount of Clevegen they are giving... This was what the potential partners were questioning..

I think they need more data points and then the share price will increase once clevegen is proven more up

Not very happy with this drift down.. Now around £1 lower frim a month or so ago
