there is no Canadian corp tax to be paid by us. Your own country personal taxes are it.

I have no idea on the corporate thing works out. I know many that would, but it is tax time and they are swamped.

just skimmed most of the discussion.. what your shares sell for is what you get. you pay taxes (if) to your country. There is no corporate tax to you. Nor, any taken off. Your way you invested is how you pay. I have one third registered retirement plan and 2/3 in a tax free savings. When I sell, or told that I am selling by Falcon, that profit is mine free and clear.

Could be both. But, I assume will we be bought out at what the board of directors accepts.
