We suffered badly due to the share only being suspended on the ASX. If it was suspended on AIM too then all the day traders and 10%ers wouldnt have piled in in the days prior to the announcement.

I'm hoping for an intercompany loan.

But when LC is sold in 3 to 4 years time then metminco will get 30% of the proceeds. So all metminco have to do is survive with more dilution. However best case scenario is a loan to get Miraflores up and running

But metminco as a company doesn't get any money. Well that's how I interpret it. If I'm wrong please tell me because I hope I am.

I can't see how metminco as a company benefits from this deal at all. It receives no money at all, LC Mining recieves the cash. So metminco as a company has absorbed years of dilution to keep LC and then gives it away. I'm really hoping that the finer details of this agreement sheds more favourable light on it.

I know it reads that all the monies are to be used on LC but could (in the full terms of the agreement) LC Mining loan metminco the money to get Miraflores up and running ? I know im clutching at straws but I want my money back lol.

It was played a treat due to the suspension on the ASX. Everyone piled in because of the suspension which artificially inflated the price. If both markets had been suspended and re opened on today's RNS then we would have seen a rise. Instead it was poorly managed and people took advantage. All the Ill feeling is due to this collapse in SP. In time it will recover. Yes there may be more dilution or consolidation or they might delist or they may be taken over by aliens from alpha centauri. Or they might get that gold mine up and running and also sell their share in LC in 4 years time for a lot more. Oh and fingers crossed they syphon off at least a million to take a hit out on that old codger It's a risk. We knew we could lose our money before we invested.

What did people really expect? Did they expect that we'd be in production tomorrow. This is totally not what I expected. The end game is to sell the damn thing but I think today has been a massive over reaction. Well done to everyone who has made a profit but I'm here until I get my money back. This will be a slow burn, once the emotion has been removed it should tick back up.
