Expecting this to drop back to 14, even possibly 13 prior to news.

If you look at the work history of Helen Cane, her time at Brown & Root is interesting. B&R do industrial services including engineering, construction, maintenance. Plant expansion!!!
You look at Monna Manning who came from Glatfelter, who produced their own super absorbent fabric, used in feminine products, adult nappies, wipes, packaging, medical care. John spoke a couple of years ago about their own additive going into absorbent fabrics.
I was apprehensive when i saw them taken on board, thinking 'oh no, more people to pay'. But i do think JS is a bloody genius.

No need to ramp this one guys. Just let it do its thing.

expecting the results to be closer to £20million

For a few months now within Whatsapp and twitter groups i've downplayed talks of a takeover / buyout. Looking at numbers and discussing with some within the industry i believe the appointments of Helen Cane & Monna Manning were specific in the long term goal of being bought out and having the management in place for the company to continue to run without any major changes after buyout.

Any thoughts?

John has already told us the first half of the year is always slow, but he also told us we're way up on the first quarter against the first quarter of last year.

I don't think 1/2 year numbers will beat last years full revenue, but it won't be far off.

Also expect all months to be profitable which to me is the biggest achievement.

The second building would become the new storage area, with the first original factory having minor alterations made to expand. The £500k expansion cost is "over estimated". "Minimal additional staff would be required for both the day and night shift"

Eyes of Blue, good morning. I've been invested since .48 based on my research into the company, what it does, how it does it and the growing demand and limited suppliers that can meet the demand. I've held onto my shares and will continue to do so.
My use of “growing at a rapid pace, far beyond what we imagined” to me isn't an over exaggeration. I don't expect the share price to continue to rise dramatically, but i do believe anyone invested here has done their research and knows the potential, assuming they have the patience to reap the rewards.

Elsol, a well worded post. I'm not sure how long you have been invested or how much research you have done on the company, or if you have had communications with any of the ITX team.

Very little is capital is required for the expansion of the existing plant to meet the ever growing demand, with only a few small changes required to meet the ever growing demand.

With the additional employees that may be required to meet the demand will be offset by the additional cash flow for increased orders, so this is irrelevant. The old DMI building was connected to the Itaconix building and has still not been rented, so space is not a risk factor nor is the requirement to move to a bigger location.

If you look at the history of Itaconix and the release of RNS's you will note that they don't, unlike some companies, release 'news' or updates, just for the sake of releasing something. Every RNS costs money and we know that John and the team are running a very financially streamlined ship.

Personally i don't think you will see any future fundraise, the company is having profitable months throughout last year and i feel you will see on the half year update a company which is debt free and growing at a rapid pace, far beyond what we imagined.

2014 had a Market cap of 18.31m and a shareprice of circa 45p.

2021 Market Cap of 48.77m and a sharerprice of 11.22p

I've bought twice today, both under the .95, neither buys has showed up!

The unit adjacent to the current factory is empty, it connects directly to HQ. Apparently small cost to upgrade. Transportation the next building over and have capacity for increase in moving product.

I think with Biden cutting emissions it will move a lot quicker. Green is the way forward. ITX have such a far reaching client base i think ITX will be £15m by end of year! Yes 6 months away.
