Imminent 70% Divi to return cash from a court settlement of 90 million euros. And an undervalued company, no debt, good growth potential. It's surely gonna take off at some point.

Cheers for the comment. Yes the price isn't helping liquidity, and probably also subsequently then not attracting broker analysis as they won't get the volume. A good stock split would really help this share I'm sure, but It seems to be a very conservatively run company, got strong ethics, and not really chasing the publicity. I think this is one for my ISA ;) I'll take a deeper look at IOF later today although on first looks it looks a tad over valued, even as a growth stock. I'll post any further comment over on that board.

Nope, investing here has so far not been one of my finest hours, and probably didn't give it as much research as I would know! I hope I'm wrong on this but I think the frontier radio chip arm is where this company is really going to make its money and the healthcare stuff will fizzle out now more competitors are entering the market. Also worry that Prof Toumaz is a pure academic, I.e. not focused on this and already onto new projects. Although investing in a radio chip company wasn't my initial aim we could all still do ok out of it.

Yeah its a long term high risk share hence why I'm not overly committed. There's a lot of institutional investors still here which is good enough for me, and looking forward to the story unfold over the next few years. Just hope Toumaz stay comitted and treat us well when the time comes.

It's a company with true potential tho, with some big hitting investment companies already involved. But of course it's a very speculative punt, but at least it's now being propped up by a commercial arm, that at least will protect the book value, and hopefully improve the balance sheet in the medium term.

Considerable revenues not expected until 2015, if at all, so if a short term trader I'd concentrate somewhere else for a while! I bought in a little bit higher than currently so just leaving my money here.

Although all sources of revenue are good, don't be getting your hopes up for CloudTag to be the big cash cow. Like I said earlier it looks like a cobbled together company and web site, purely to try and grab an early market slice before Apple et al release their fitness products. Sensium a proper clinical tested and grade product and the growing DAB radio market is where TMZ will make their money. Hopefully.

What's happening on the 15th?! BTW I was curious and emailed Toumaz Investor Relations about Cloudtag. This was their reply: There is no formal contractual relationship between Toumaz and CloudTag. The only benefit that Toumaz receives from CloudTag is as a third party supplier of chips to CloudTag, under the usual terms and conditions. CloudTag was at one time allowed to use the Toumaz name but I believe this is no longer the case.

To me it looks like a quickly cobbled together company to gather an early market slice. Although probably using similar tech to the Sensium product it wont need to be clinically tested even if it boasts its clinical grade. I'd be interested to know how the Toumaz group are going to benefit, if at all commercially, and how it dilutes revenue.
