agree with all the debts... and pretty bad perf as addressed, plus side, realistically speaking the brand itself still worth hell a lot hence still many riches out there very much interested in this deeply, and new DBX figure does sound very attractive which I am considering to order... as estimated before high 3 and low 4 will worth the bet... that's my honest view... anyhell gla

jr, it's sad for LTHs, we all know we worth more than that but have you ever think about if the offer get rejected by SHs then what? the share price will be collapsed immediately UNLESS there is another alternative, which is totally unknown. We all know at least 5.5 works well for BODs.... which is sick but true...

yup like others said its cash offer means delisting or at least nothing to do with existing holders... just hope there is more offers in the pipeline otherwise might well be another crash... again just logical steps...
