Yes. They really messed up last year and really dented confidence. Lack of interest suggests a lot of people like you. I'm hoping these smaller contract wins will stop the need for a raise. The only acceptable one for me would be a raise in line with Nationwide making Leakbot mandatory with a massive rollout.

As welsom as this is , it's hard to see what's going to turn the SP here. Seems these contracts are needed just to stop the SP sliding any further. Last year it was a different story.
