I have a small holding here but appear to be without others to share thoughts.
Simply ignore the RNS as it does not change the facts.
I feel sure something is going on. Take a look at their website, they seem to be getting the advisers in place so I think IH and his BOD are moving to an acquisition, no doubt a fund raise and even a move to a higher listing. So looks good but patience is still key.
Morning C1 - yes very interesting and no doubt the larger investors here will be looking to positive progress as a result.
It looks as if PeterSearle, formally of Delphie Group and Addeco has picked up the recent disposals either by invitation or by knocking on their doors. Is he to be disruptive or has he been invited to join by MB? AH to be moved to the back office perhaps. No doubt an update will or should be included with the forthcoming year end figures.
Am I right in thinking they put a value of 10m Canadian on the ZEB stake which I think is about £6m. Factor in a premium on listing and other URU interests then the current valuation is still low.
They have said what they felt they should say so now its time to add a few I think.
they need to say that I guess, so something is afoot.
We should know by the end of June so we are told.
A very positive day with few sellers. If we get a bit of press or comment the demand for stock could push us higher tomorrow.
Very exciting times ahead and I would rather be in than waiting to get in. Not sure how many PIs there are but it cannot be many.
The trick here is the Market Cap and not the sp IMO. £4, £5, £10? MC of say £50m would see the sp at? and could still be cheap. Massively undervalued taking into account the potential and at the moment we are under the radar of a lot of investors who will push the valuation once news breaks. The resource sector is just waking up as is URU.
GLA
Probably.
Good to see there are other investors on the Board. My own view is that we have a very knowledge BOD in place who know their way around the international Gems market and ASMO is the vehicle to grow a massive business. The current valuation is no more than fair but I feel if you are a thinking investor now would be the time to pick up stock. Yes there will be a fund raise and some dilution but with potential targets already on the table the potential is clear in the current market. Why have such talent on the Board and appoint SPA? Now is the time to top up if you can.
Following the results, any thoughts on the way forward. That is if I am not the only one invested here!
