I remember BG saying MMA were not drilling where he would. I still do not understand why MMA have walked, albeit with ongoing possible profits. Surely they could have handed the reins to BG and said we'll fund it, you drill it. They would still have 50%. How much did they spend in two years finding nothing, compared to what Brad has found in two months, on a shoestring budget? The mind boggles.

I don't agree. Anyone that knows these results are in an advantageous position, regarding investing. That's why they need to be released in a timely manner. My opinion only. But if 019 was good or bad, BG would release these when he had them.

For information only, and IMO, only.

It is at the holders behest to notify the company if the holder passes any notifiable threshold.

An example: I held shares in BMN, and made a lot of money. There was a significant holder who had passed various thresholds by selling his 10's of millions shares. Notification came through 17 months after he first started selling.
