New uncle. The broker who facilitated the placing. They earn a commission fee for facilitating it. They can sell the shares at a loss and still be profitable overall due to the commission. When they finish selling jt; they recycle for the next placing for another company elsewhere

GENI - I bought shares in that around 4p after it raised. They also showed as sells. Once overhang cleared it did over 100% and made a tidy profit.

Roger - what you don’t realise is that markets maker trades don’t appear on the order book.

Most of the order book yesterday was buys. The prices give that away. I’m sure even you can see that.

Have you never bought a share that showed as a sell on the order book?

Most of those sells were actually buys. I know because my purchase showed up as a sell. When you look at the order book you can tell from the price.

It’s not profitable and that is priced in already. So don’t see that being an issue at this price level.

Janoz - I agree the average daily volume is 106m; we are churning through the overhang at healthy pace. More newsflow to come on the product launches.

It’s dipped due to placing overhang. The production lines are worth more than the current market cap. Murata generated £7m a year with those production lines.

Order book of $9.2m and has planned product launches.

Once the overhang clears I predict we see this quickly move back up to placing price of 0.10p
