The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Hi All
Apologies for my novice question!
I have bought 2 (small) lots of MTL shares today but they are showing up as sells on LSE.
How does that work?
Thanks
Thank you Roy and Mac for your input.
As a relatively new investor, time in the market has always been on the top of my agenda, even though i am currently breaking even with MTL.
Any suggestions on the other companies that you feel may have better short term profitability?
Thank you
Hi all,
I have been in since the 1.2 - 2p swing days.
Sold some but currently breaking even due to buying back at what I thought was a good price... clearly not.
LIM RNS seems to have lost its value and the share price seems to be returning back to those sub 2p days but surely we are better placed than in those days.
Anyone more experienced than I offer their thoughts on this? I'm cautious not to wait too long as I feel there is no reason this will not see double digits again.
Please review the RNS below, I thinks self-explanatory with regards to the 6%.
Anglesey Mining plc (“Anglesey”) is pleased to report that Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited (“LIMH”) in which Anglesey has a 12% holding has released the details of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) on its 52% owned Houston Project.
It’s interesting to see the posts today.
The PEA RNS relates to 6% of our company. If the PEA increased the Labrador value by 100% it should only increase the AYM share price by 6%.
There seems to be a lot of crazy assumptions here but I guess that is AIM. Statements such as “20p before the end of week......” are irrational and disingenuous.
What matters is what happens in Wales.
Excuse my ignorance if I am wrong but I am starting to understand how AIM works after starting to investing over the past 2 years.
Thank you for your reply.
In my profession, medical, if you don't know you ask the experts.. You guys are that with regards to vanadium
Enjoy the weekend :)
Thank you for all of your valuable insights into the world of BMN! I have been invested for just over 12 months and am finally in profit! I appreciate all the help!
I wanted to ask if you had any insights into any companies which you feel have the potential to be the "next" BMN? Either in the same sector or not.
Thanks again
Hi All,
Brand new to this so please accept my ignorance.
I am looking to invest in some companies for my kid (shes 2) ISA. Would you recommend BMN as an option?
I personally have invested in BMN for just less than a year and am happy to say that i have just gone into profit.
Thanks for your time
