Yes it brilliant news for Dev but until those contracts are signed it means nothing for us. I see the RNS says discussions continue with the banks - I thought everything had been agreed in principal and the contracts just needed drawing up and signing.

To me the way this is worded means they aren’t even agreed in principal anymore and there are more discussions taking place.

The SP is already dropping back as people realise this no doubt

So if I was SEE I would try and arrange a stonking RNS for 11th March now - ie either delay one that was going to be released in the next 2 weeks or see if they can bring one forward if it’s currently earmarked for around the end of March.

Preferably not another GM model, but one around Ford / Merc or better still an OEM won through Qualcomm perhaps linked to Korea or Japan.

PR the hell out of it and that should drown out whatever SmartEye are going to launch :)

I can’t remember is Boeing using L3 or CAE for their flight sims?

If it’s L3 hopefully an RNS will confirm all this shortly :)

Mrcautious - what’s changed?

Well the courts have rejected the appeal from the banks over the shipping of the ore upto 10m - you know that appeal that the banks didn’t withdraw when we apparently agreed settlement terms with them months ago. Why wouldn’t you withdraw it if everything was agreed?

Anyway it looks like Dev can now start shipping the ore and generating money to help start recommissioning the mine - you know that ore and mine that KDNC still have 0% share in.

There is only one RNS that is relevant as far as I am concerned and that is the one saying we have now realised the money from escrew and have 20% share.

When that will be is no clearer and those who keep talking about the SP about to rocket, or we could get an RNS today, or the last buying opp are just speculating.

They could/may put DMS in though using Gen 3 so they don’t have to do a refresh in 2024?

I was referring to Eu legislation for summer 2022 for new models just to be clear.

Yes EuroNCap has gone back to 2024 but the Eu leg hasn’t as far as I’m aware so it’s important for OEMs to target that as far as I am concerned

Why does everyone keep saying 2024 - it’s summer 2022 for new models.

In my opinion that’s why they are aiming to have Gen 4 available late 2022/ early 2023 so OEMs with new models coming out around then can have DMS.

For those between summer 2022 and late 2022 will have to have gen 3 - perhaps why there is so many who are going to use gen 3 - upto 20 wasn’t it.

Whatif - I thought the only thing that moved back was EuroNcap to 2024 to be in line with the eu leg on all vehicles in 2024.

The eu leg has always had new models by Jun 2022 as far as I am aware and I’ve not seen anything that says that it has moved back.

I may be wrong, but I’m clinging onto next summer as it just means things have to get announced sooner.

Let’s be honest if we want these predictions of 50p + by the end of the year we need plenty of announcements on all fronts as so far some big ones like Omnivision and Qualcomm have only got us to 11p ish.

Over the next 6 months we need RNSs to show that these partnerships are going to deliver. I’m sure they will given what’s been said, but I think the market will still needs proof.

We need RNSs about these 30 existing models. Based on two years that’s more than 1 a month although I’m guessing they will be weighted more towards the end of the 2 years so potentially 2 or 3 a month in 12 months time if nothing has been confirmed in the next 12 months of any significance (by that I mean other OEMs rather than just another GM smallish model - like confirmation of the F-150 - if Veoneer can why can’t we)

On top of that there should also be gen 3 snap dragon wins perhaps for those new models launching around summer next year?

Finally gen 4 wins for late 2022 and early 2023 I think the guy from Qualcomm said regards availability. I would have thought Qualcomm will want to announce them soon to ensure delivery by then. When I say announce I don’t mean name names, more like we have done in the past ie premium win with European OEM for gen 4 to be launched Jan 23 for example.

Any win on gen 4 the market should know that has SEE as standard now so we probably don’t even have to announce it ourselves (although that contradicts what I said above about the F-150 :))

You can probably tell I’m bored of 10p now - I would like another move up even if it comes from the long awaited aviation sector whilst we wait for auto RNS’s - I’d even settle for an MOU with CAE if the license deal with L3 is not there yet.

Ideally they need to strike whilst the iron is hot as too much time without news and we may drift back again.

Yes it’s 2024 for all new vehicles (cars,vans, trucks,lorries etc) but let’s not forget it’s June 2022 for any new models.

So if for example VW have the new Golf launching in oct 2022 then it will need DMS in it. I have no idea if VW have or not but all OEM’s will be launching new models between 2022 and 2024.

If I recall correctly Gen 4 snapdragon will be available during 2022 won’t it?

I’m expecting a lot of news during the next 12 mths, not only from the existing 30 cars we are in over the next 2 years, and any gen 3 sign ups, but also gen 4 wins by Qualcomm which essentially means a win for us as well.

MLQ - I'm still here patiently waiting for the rampers predictions to come true. Although to be fair I don't listen to iamrich anymore because he has been wrong too many times.

I did start another prediction game based on when we will get the RNS announcing our 20% share in Amapa, but only Cause and Masterbaker responded so I took it that no one (other than the rampers of course) believed it was actually going to happen. Or everyone thought it would be Jan so what was the point. If it was the latter then people really should have known better :)

A vote on who believes all the calculations from Obs and all the other experts
Predicting what our percentage holdings in EMH will be when the Amapa news comes (may be very important if they have screwed up again)

Of course we want it to f****** happen Eyeguy but we have been waiting since summer 2019 when they first announced shipments would be Dec2019! Ie banks done and dusted well before that.

Given their past track record on everything else from Greenland, Sonora, yangibara, San Louis (or whatever the Argentina lifesaver was going to be), the debacle with almost getting in bed with Prem.

What have this company actually delivered?

In my book a constant ramper is just as bad as someone who changes there stance depending on whether they are in or out.

Your constant ramping may have influenced someone to buy in around 20p and now they would be roughly 20% down.

Anyway another month gone with no deal ... will it actually happen or is this just a slow painful death for shareholders because let’s face it if Amapa fails we won’t have EMH to fall back on as they seem to be selling that down and spunking the money away on something.
