There are only 36m shares in issue, so doing 200% should not be difficult- especially only a few weeks back this was 34p.
Stoxx- good strategy, would do the same, unfortunately not got readily available cash.
This grant although small will help them significantly in their negotiations with funding parties and there are only 36m shares in issue, so even a bit of dilution would not cause that much harm- interesting next few days.

Yes thats my view as well, I have done a few top-ups at these levels in the hope, if financing is sorted (rubber), could bounce significantly from such low levels- as you say a worthwhile gamble- could also go balls up but in my opinion unlikely too much at stake politically and economically.

From the trading pattern, it looks as though some sort of placing is being worked through around these price levels, me thinks- could be wrong.
When do we expect to get the permit? It looks as though the company has to decide if the ATS process is commercial and then they would submit to the authorities new information for final approval, would be good to get some form of time scale for this.
Surely they’ve had 6months to put out a notice to creditors. They can’t have new claims coming after the new financial arrangement being approved by shareholders.
