Afternoon all
Certainly some interesting posts over the last few days, especially Nero's and come what may the next few months will be make or break for CNR! As I previously mentioned only 'significant' news will take us away from the recent £3m buys at 15p, but 15p does look a good buy in price.
My main reason for posting is to remind everyone (but more to the uneducated gamblers) a balanced portfolio may not have a significant upside but equally won't wipe you out your pension or long terms savings!
I was an 'un-eductated gambler' who invested/gambled a significant proportion of his SIPP in 3 Aim shares (Range Resources, Xcite Energy and CNR). Whilst it will surprise a few it was CNR that got me out of jail when the SP went up from 20p to 60p quickly around 2017, with the other two shares dogs.
Thereafter I handed over all of my Sipp and part of my ISA MONEY to an advisor and now only trade money I am prepared to lose (although hope that never happens). It has certainly made the CNR ride over the last few years less painful and I have found trading the share has really helped.
If this post makes one person/gambler at least consider the risks they are taking its worthwhile whether it be Crypto, AIM shares or other.
For the record I do not consider MC to be corrupt, I do however question his commercial acumen and his business naivety. Although he is paid well (for failure) I wouldn't personally swap his lifestyle and the stress he has put himself under in delivering an investment nightmare.
Health and happiness to us all, and hopefully wealth to follow!
