It matters not whether ITV are in the 100 or not. This message board is full of hope of a takeover, but i cannot remember a single claim that it is a well run company. Most are full of contempt for the weak woke management. So the takeover,if ever, will come from someone who sees potential in massive change. That means they will only buy in on a very cheap sp. I think we must dream on !

Summed up very well. FRUSTRATING, we are told how wonderful the product but they achieve nothing and the sp suggeststhis is a very poor company to invest in. Rare big failure for Questor of the DT who recommended several years ago when sp was well "north" of 30p.

The research that confirms what we knew. Namely ITV management are WOKE militants out of touch entirely with public opinion. Why would any sound organisation want to bid for an outfit dominated by academic left wing liberals ? Shareholders can dream on about a takeover. I am one such dreamer. Also hope to win the lottery. Since positive broker target price,just a steady fall in sp. Have Marlowe gone away or will they build a holding in the shares buying in slowly as the price slips back to pre take over valuation ?

skid35, Sadly the buyer you spotted did not linger for long. Still seems to me all the positive news coming from Kromek is seen as just smoke and mirrors by the market, hence the feeble sp.

No wonder the sp is falling again. Little confidence in Kromek.

SP moving close to 2300 maybe buying in below that figure will soon be an option.

Reading the strategic report ,you expect a sp of at least 50p. The reality is very different, suggests a company with no future.

Be interesting to see how far the sp will fall as many shrewd older investors bail out. not sure myself if this company is a sound investment anyway . A dodgy registrar in Jersey gives cause for concern.

Did not take Q. advice to sell. some months ago. Still not sure i was wise to stay with Gama,but recent news at least suggests the future not totally grim.

Clearly Marlowe thought they could buy in cheaply. their claims that the two companies would make a good fit, now sound a bit hollow. Restore now need to justify the confidence shown in them by the shareholders.

No one is listening,not least Kromek shareholders. So much good news, rarely a week goes buy. Any spike in share price is followed by profit taking . BY buy no pun intended meant by.

Solid support from big shareholders puts the Board in a secure position. Hopefully Marlowe will now walk away. Nice try !
