Now almost a year since the pen pushers at CMA decided to investigate cvs vast profits. The sp remains at 50% of value prior to CMA. Does anyone believe there will ever be a recovery ? If so why/how.

So many people dislike that Woman Just how weak she is ,at her job, i have no idea. Seems she loves money despite her "far" left and woke opinions. Not sure why a business such as ITV want to employ someone with her values and opinions.

Interesting reading the sensible exchange of rational views from wolfwatch and jedclampit.. So much better than the abuse so often seen here,and the decade long nonsense of the imminent takeover some still believe in.

Investing in Whitbread,to an extent seems to me,to be investing in Britain. Given the pathetic state of the nation,sadly there are far better places to put your money. Will stay in but no way put any more investment here given the shoddy politicians we are suffering, i include the Tories here.

Given my comment back in June,rightly or wrongly ,i see the present sp as an incredible buying opportunity. May regret it but here goes.

Comments here have no influence on the sp. What the market knows is this is a small company, badly managed, competing with much bigger organisations with very deep pockets. wny anyone thinks the sp is about to rise or anyone would take ITV over is a mystery. So many better places to invest your money now.

Great sales pitch,Battle. Maybe you should be on the sales team at Kromek ? Most people on this site however have heard it all before. i will give you this ,it is better than the Snake oil sales pitch Basu has been "pushing" for a decade now.

Maybe overdone, and in my opinion yes a buying opportunity, but i am often wrong ! I am well invested here, if i had no shares i would be "jumping in " at the current sp.

Skidder your comments seem "bang on target"re the current sp. At this price the more share buy back the better from the BoD in my view .

latest tv drama from itv. yet another mixed race marriage. patronising in the extreme. for those ******s out there they will not be converted. for the rest of us come on itv we got your message this is a good healthy thing for our multi-cultural society. hard to believe the majority of marriages are mixed race ,as itv portray. we are not as stupid as you think time to give it a rest. you are there to entertain not preach to the peasants.

Like most shareholders here, i am investing for growth ,not income. Buying Aircraft seems rather sensible rather than boosting the dividends.

Indeed despite an election result boosting the shares of Builders. the sp of this company remains unmoved from a very low valuation.

I think we all know our political rulers are generally nasty dishonest people. Some how from this unpleasant group of people ITV managed to come up with 3 of the most repugnant for Election night. Sturgeon Osborne and Balls Who at ITV thought those 3 up. I switched over to BBC for the night. It seems the stupidity of ITV knows no bounds.

Armchair Trader "tip" seems to have given the sp a boost.

When the company stated conditions were "challenging" several months ago,it seems theuse of that word was somewhat vague. For challenging i think we should have interpreted. We are in very serious trouble and battling on hoping the economy will recover soon and not before it is too late !

A very grim update on poor trading conditions. The collapse of the sp does seem excessive.

The curse of a Questor recommendation does however seen to have struck again. Anyone buying on his suggestion has taken a heavy loss.

Not expecting a counter bid. Another good Aim listed company going at a "cheap valuation". A common theme. Not the first company to go this way and certainly not the last
