Well the BOD have no bright ideas so they buy the companies shares and then cancel them. There are then fewer shares in the company and the value of each remaining share in theory goes up. Easier for the BOD than clever management to create value by demonstrating their skills and ability. As a shareholder you just sit back and watch.

Seems some clowns in the City could not understand the Results hence a weird increase in the sp followed by a fall once they "got it "

If you do understand. Think about it. Any company who disregards/disrespects is customers is not going to thrive. Never in the history of business has any company prospered with this mindset..
