What a disaster year. Must admit i thought a buying opportunity when the sp feel to half its present value. What is going on here. Still seems a great company with a promising future. Can someone give an opinion as to what the dreadful news is that is seeing a collapse in the sp,because collapse is the description of this valuation
To be a SAV. shareholder requires Persistence and Patience. I admit lacking these back in 2022. It only made me miserable.
A long time ago i got criticized here for suggesting shareholders would see no "progress" before 2025.
I am certainly not claiming to be correct or clever but maybe looking that far ahead would do our respective Blood Pressure no harm . Confess i nearly gave up last year, but think the long journey may be worthwhile.
Well i am not into Dame baiting. I just ask who at ITV is responsible for the woke drivel and poor content on offer on the ITV channel ONE. What is a bit surprising is that people who manage to sell rubbish usually make lots of money. ITV exception to that rule, sadly.
Thank you for your response. Inheritance Tax Relief. Given the nature of the company it should qualify but HMRC disallow it if shares not exclusive to the AIM market.
I am a new Shareholder/investor. I believe i am correct in stating Plant Health is an AIM share that does NOT benefit from IHT "benefits" as it is also a listed share in the USA. Can anyone confirm that this is so ?
Interesting article in the Armchair Trader.. They point out shares mostly held by small number of "institutions". This makes the somewhat volatile sp movements ever more of a mystery
Yes, Another AIM lame duck bites the dust leaving private investors screwed. I think this was one of Questors tips in the DT. Well Telegraph readers have lost the lot.
Big interview, big talk, great news. We have been hearing this for years. Until people outside Durham County believe it to be more than hot air the sp will stay static at best. To listen to these mesages of hope and prediction the sp should indeed be 5or 6 times higher.
Patience. That has been the key word for several years now. I admit being one of those lacking in patience given the slow thinking of EU and its Politics. Now however SAV is no longer a pawn in the hands of devious groups with irrational agendas. Seeing the sp failing to react to massive changes in the companys prospects sees us all back needing patience. However those fortunate to have spare capital this offers a wonderful buying opportunity, far wiser than the gamble of last year at 2p. Maybe i am wrong but it seems obvious to me.
ITV woke and going broke. Well no, but going nowhere. Does anyone actually watch the rubbish they show between begging and woke adverts. Certainly not the elderly or the under 30 age group. Who on earth is watching ITV ?
Sadly, my fears of a Questor recommend have proved correct. Can someone please tell me why this company is having "problems" i have failed to note them ?
Or rather glass half empty or is it just a few mouthfuls left as the sp drops below £17 anyone predict £20 anytime soon ?
Volex seem to be "in a good place" now and the sp a very conservative valuation.
Sorry cadburyhill,re long time to respond. should be happier, but keep looking at that sad sp.
Still a long way from"take off" My glass still only half full and sp of even£20 seems a long way off just now.
One thing that does not change. Every year we are told how advertising revenue is falling. Yet we see ever more "advertisements". Charities showing highly distressing scenes and begging for money. Does ITV receive any payment to inflict these depressing scenes on its viewers. Genuine question can someone explain/tell me.
