The revenue looks to be growing 3 times bigger every month than when the share price was higher . So the new revenue will be at profit £9 million a month and gets bigger every month ( based on last 3.5 years ) .

Romany is anything a strong buy when mr and mrs average is worrying about their job . When they are struggling to fill the car with petrol every week . The richest people are pensioners and they have to help their kids and grandkids . People are surviving I think strong buys are a think of the past just a spike oppertunity here and there . The markets go around in ever decreasing circles , peaks and troughs but always downward eventualy . No deal Brexit Japan pulling out of British car manufacturing are the tip of the ice burg . Italy looking like the next Greece but will be worse . People will be looking to cut costs and save money to survive . Things are not good for the markets never mind here . Time to reduce money in the markets . Maybe come back in a year or two . Look at the average 5 year graph it will continue but worse . B) Move on , let the company grow and let the innocent investors who bought in to the placing see the gap close rather than expand .

Accrol had a big drop then a week later announced a FCA investigation the next day they rose back to where they were before the drop up about 60% the day after the FCA announcement then up again . So the FCA investigation was a exscuse to drop the SP . Accrol proves hammering a company for weeks knocking 95% of the value is not the norm on such news . Over done . Normally any one person can’t buy over 30% of the shares or they then are obligated to buy the whole company at highest price they paid in that year . Exceptions can be applied for . Can Bobby actualy buy any more as he holds over 50% . Can YU do a share buy back as this would then push Bobbys percentage up . Will YU have to get permission before either can be done ?

Or YU announce a share buy back with some of the £14.6 million . Cash in bank is fanominal but reducing shares whilst so heavily diluted makes very good sense .

There has been a 28% rise in the number of individuals being banned from working in the financial services industry by the FCA last year, increasing to 23 in 2017/18, up from just 18 the previous year, says RPC, the City-headquartered law firm.

Increasing the number of prohibition orders is part of the FCA’s efforts to deter misconduct by individuals. The FCA also believes that punishments aimed at individuals may have a greater impact on improving the overall compliance culture at firms, rather than just issuing fines against the firms themselves.

That is good to read . Let’s hope they crack down in more areas as well .
